  (*Actually stayed 9/22 but doubt any changes have occurred (Bookingcom dropped my comment--too harsh but accurate))Oddly we were booked here for a conference on tourism. It was like an evil joke.I'll be fair!Good: I liked the breakfast. There weren't enough staffers on hand (plates kind of piled up on tables), but the food tasted good, and the staff greeted me pleasantly.The go-fer boy was fine and polite when he came, and the cleaning staff did seem to clean the room.I liked the location. There was a nice shopping center and a good mall about 10-12 minutes away on foot.The bed was OK.Bad:It looks MUCH worse than the pictures. It is old and rundown. The gym, which I was looking forward to using, looked like it hadn't been used for 20 years and was closed. The bedrooms are dated and old. replete with minor dings and scratches as well as the usual rust in the sinks and toilets There is a musty smell in the air.We were a small group so we occupied one room on M (I think) level for the conference. We had a few small problems with electronics, but we managed to get those ironed out. The larger problem is that the adjacent conference room was also booked and there was a band playing, so we really couldn't hear anything else. In addition, the toilets on the floor have problems. They were flooded every day, so we had to go return to our hotel room if we didn't want to wade through the water.Ugly:The Front Desk staffers I dealt with were ridiculous. Especially one women who never smiled and never lifted a finger to help. (She was also talking to her friend on the phone while working the front desk.) The first problem was that I was given in a room facing the street. (The street noise should not be underestimated here!!) To make matters worse, the first time I used the toilet, it flooded the bathroom. I decided to switch immediately. The Front Desk argued that they could fix the toilet, but I had been down that road before, so I resisted. I also mentioned the noise from the street and they relented and moved me across the hall. It was better...not good but better.On the second day, I had some laundry to be washed and decided to take advantage of the laundry service. As the hotel was not busy, I thought this would be really a simple thing. The message in the room said if laundry is ready by 10:00 am, the laundry would be finished by evening. I missed the 10:00 am deadline by a few minutes but thought they could probably get it done anyway. When I returned to my room in the evening, the clothes were not there, but I thought I would ask the staffers at the front desk if they had finished. The zombie girl said that they would be ready the next morning. I was fine with that. The next day passed and when I arrived in the evening, my clothes were not there, so I went down to the first floor again. The zombie girl said that the clothes were probably with housekeeping and could I wait until tomorrow. I replied that it would be nice to have some clean clothes as I was running low and would you please call them. She reluctantly did and then said that they had gone home for the evening, but that the clothes would be delivered tomorrow morning. The next day when I returned in the evening as usual of course my clothes were not there. I again returned to the first floor. I politely asked the zombie girl if she could check on my clothes. She again said that the clothes would be delivered tomorrow morning and that the housekeeping staff had gone home. I admit that fuse had been lit, but I still kept cool. I told her that tomorrow I was leaving for Petaling Jaya and I wanted my clothes now. She said she didn't know where the clothes would be, but I demanded that she send someone to look for them. She said it would be difficult because she didn't really know anything about housekeeping, which was probably true but it was the fact that she really didn't care that bothered me. I went to my room expecting that tomorrow morning was going to be quite a circus trying to find out where my clothes were and if they had even been cleaned. About 20 minutes after arriving in my room, I heard a knock at the door. it was go-fer boy with a bundle wrapped in plastic. It was my clothes. My prediction? They had been finished the first day by housekeeping and management hashed the whole operation.   Nice place wiith parking issue

  Everything is good about this hotel. Very cosy and comfortable bed. Nice view of the surrounding. Ambience is fantastic. Only issue is parking. Not enough parking spaces for the guests.   Didn't enjoy the stay

  Very weak WiFi in room except hotel lobby. I didn't really enjoy the stay as the towels and cups have stains and I need to wash it. The existing tiny cracks in the bath tub can be felt when using it. The only good thing is it has ample free parking and it is next to a small mall.   I love this hotel

  The location is next to Brem Mall, which is quite small but adequate for me and my family. At the back of the mall, is a row of Malay Thai restaurants. The reception service was excellent. The basement car park is quite small, but it is alright since it is free. They served delicious variety of breakfast too. My advise for any traveller with a car, drop your bags first at the lobby, then later park your car. Overall stay was very excellent to me.
