    One of the best location to stay. Very convenient place and just 40 minutes to Kulalumpur from the hotel. Rooms avery clean and spacious.

    Tired looking rooms in need of upgrade

    The hotel looks presentable from the outside. However, the minute you step into the room, you realize that this hotel is seriously in need of refurbishment. Our room was smelly, and the color makes it look gloomy. To confound it, the lighting was subdued. Our safe deposit box did not work well, and we needed to get help twice just to get it opened. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room, and we had a rather unpleasant sleep. The location of the hotel is quite isolated. Breakfast was included in our package and that, including the staff, was the only saving grace.

    If there is negative star rating, I would have rated such.I emailed to En Annuar and Management of Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya on August 27, 2025 and August 28, 2025.No response from them.Beware When Staying at This Hotel – My Experience Was Unfortunate, and Management Remained Unresponsive:***To En Annuar and Management of Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding damage to my vehicle while parked at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, during my father’s recent stays (Mr. Wong Seng Chong: August 23–24, 2025, and August 26–27, 2025).My car was parked at Basement 1 from August 23–26, 2025. On August 24 at around 6:15am, I parked my car before accompanying my father for check-out. I informed your front office staff that my car would remain in the basement, and he recorded my car number plate on paper.On August 26, when my father checked in again at 3:15pm, I went to retrieve my car and was shocked to discover a black garbage bag placed on my bonnet, liquid leakage from the ceiling, and clear paint damage.I initially spoke to Mr. Chan from Maintenance, who was dismissive and unhelpful. When I escalated the matter, I was referred to En. Annuar, who admitted that he placed the garbage bag on my car after noticing the leak on August 25. However, despite my car plate being recorded by your staff, no effort was made to contact me. The attempt by your team to “wipe off” the paint damage was ineffective and only highlighted the lack of proper handling.This negligence is unacceptable. My family has stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, for over 10 years, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and service shown.Please find attached photographic documentation serving as proof of the damage and the circumstances described.***

    I had a wonderful experience at the Buffet Raya Dinner at Crystal Crown Hotel. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with the lembang and chicken satay standing out as the highlights of the evening.Thank you to the chef for the excellent spread and great attention to detail.A special thanks to Ms. Sharmini for her warm and professional hospitality. Her attentiveness made the evening even more enjoyable, and I believe she is truly an asset to the company.Looking forward to future visits.
