Location

Located in the heart of Cyberjaya, just next to Putrajaya, and nestled amidst award-winning tropical gardens, the resort offers the ambience of an exclusive resort with true Malaysian hospitality. It offers an array of facilities including its own police station, travel agency, surau (small mosque) facilities and a cybermart. Guests can come to this paradise and leave all their cares behind. It is halfway between Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the vibrant modern city of Kuala Lumpur.

Facility

The resort has 6 lifts and features 46 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and fishing. With windsurfing and diving available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Refreshing Experience at Sembunyi Spa

    Had a very relaxing experience at Sembunyi Spa. The facilities were excellent, especially the cold dip, which felt refreshing and rejuvenating. The massage was professional, soothing, and truly helped me unwind. The spa ambiance was calm, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. A special mention to the friendly and welcoming staff, who made the whole experience even more pleasant. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!
