  PROS:- Hassle free and friendly staff- Comes with their own security guard (no other known budget hotels have this feature)- Rooms are generally new and the bed is great to sleep in- Good for transit- Good location, you can get access to Grab/Uber/Taxi easilyCONS:- Limited parking- No cafe, but there are eateries and convenience store within walking distancePRO-TIP:- The hotel is now called Parc Hotel Pelangi- Call ahead before you book

  Been here for family holiday trip. Book for 2 nights. Pro- near to Ikea and The curve - big room with water filter every floor- big bathroom- beside the hotel got laundry place- big bedCons- pillow too thin- receptionist can't communicate well- few people driving alcohol in front of the hotel alley- limited parking space- noisy at night when motorbike ramp since just beside the roadside.Overall not really suitable if stay with family with children. Okay to stay if single or couple

  Nice hotel. But need to improve on parking access.

  Clean room with hot shower. fresh towel on daily basis. iron available at the corridor. including hot/cold water filter. good tv channel selection. air cond funtion well. spacious toilet. location wise is ok. within 5 mins to the curve/ikea. mamak restaurant available for immediate food supply. burger stalls also available. the only problem is that the car park access. car park access need to be given to the guest. we need to call security each time to enter parking lot. on top of that, we need to carry own luggage to ground floor and require the access staircase door twice, plus one lobby door at the same time. trouble some for those who had lots of luggage with small childrens.

  Very clean, room is ok, no soap/toothbrush etc. Water cooler. No window in the single/double rooms. No fridge/fan but AC is ok. Friendly staff. No breakfast. Very cheap price :)At summary - good place to sleep, no more :)

  Im stay here for business, love this hotel, cheap but clean, fast internet, free flow drinking water (cool, hot or room), very near to Ikea and a lot of shops around here. Will suggest to my friends, but it has no breakfast and they give only one key for one room.
