    Most Bad service hotel! its already closed without any notice to guest!

    I cant believe this happened.Most bad and stupid Hotel.Arrive here at midnight..We were so shocked that this hotel was closed without any notice, leaving us with no place to stay. We trusted our booking, but neither we nor the third-party platform were informed. This caused so much stress and inconvenience. Totally unacceptable service..Very disappointed!Bagus la kamu bankrap!

    This hotel is a 1 star, there are bed bugs. Got terrible bites after first night and they refused to change the linen unfortunately was booked for 10 days (chess tournament). Items were stolen from the room & I reported them - 2 days later 1 item was brought back!!! Breakfast was disgusting - same food everyday that was served on plastic plates!!!

    I would like thank you to the deking new operation manager Ms Nurul Emma with her effort .her staff showing more proffersional . Greeting the guest .The Reception under Mr Tay show very good customer service . Ms latha.adibah.Hod Ms zhi.khai.shah.and they 3- intern from sabah also very friendly with smileHouse keeping team so sad my favorite house keeping bilal no more. But how ever with new team house keeping . House maid rakib. 7floor house maid ( forget his name) always make my room clean and tidy ..and PA area Yeasin Ali always greeting when he see me. ( Yeasin Ali ) show his good attitude.overall they desrve get 5 star review from me. Go deking hotel klcc. They are the team always make your day happines .

    This experince since i stay at this hotelMostly come to 3 years .after that change owner to tamara .from Front Office Divison to Housekeeping team . Bilal room maids 5 floor. He always make sure my room clean from A-Z cleanliness.FO Team Mr Tay .Ms Zhi convient and really care for customer service. Khai .shah. ms ltha.and Security puba Md Ali Yassin (PA area). They are great personality.

    They Reception Staff. Mr Kay .Mr Tay .Ms Adibah.Ms Latha. Operation Manager Very good attitude. Greeting.Smile.From Housekeeping room maid Bilal do ensure my room always clean he suppose have reward for hard work.Many young maids is not like him. Maintenance untill 5 days not action to the Tv Channel not movie only have Axn . Please look into it. They breakfast i wouldn’t go due the cleanliness of staff.always smoking infront of restaurants. This is not good attitude to appearances seen by guest.Security Team Supervisor Mr Najib .and Ah foo .gupa .very attractive and greeting guest polite.
