  Overall:One of the worst budget hotel that I have stayed so far.Good points:- Good location, walking distance to bank, restaurants, cafe, grocery shops and etc.- Reasonable price- In-room high speed WiFi InternetBad points:- Very dirty bathroom- There are baby cockroaches in the bathroom peeping me :(- Unknown bugs on the mattress that bitten one of my fingers at night, and caused my finger to becomes increasingly red, swollen and painful with yellow colored pus.Conclusion:- Got to learn to make friend with cockroaches and bugs before I can come back to this hotel.

  So uncomfortable night..

  it has been long since my last visit. booked a room on 30 July. Mattress was so uncomfortable. my body can feel the coil and the spring of the mattress. time to change the mattress.. and please do a check on all the rooms mattress. Dont just wait for customer feedback only you decide to go have a look. Bathroom drainage is clogged. water drains down very slow.

  nice and quiet hotel with great hospitality. i have been staying with this hotel for 5 times. they change the room for me when i complain about the aircond was not working very good. will visit the hotel again in future.

  This hotel is located right in PJ Uptown, convenient location near shops, convenience stores and many restaurants. Rooms are basic but sufficient. I stayed in a double room on the ground floor, a few steps behind reception . There is no mini bar or kettle in the room, but they do provide a water dispenser with hot/cold water available in the shared corridor. Disposable cups are also available. This is very convenient.Mattress was firm, a little too hard for my liking, though. Bathroom was basic and clean, soap provided via a dispenser. Water pressure was good. I liked that the room had a lot of wall hangers to put your stuff, and shelves with no doors, as I have always found the closed wardrobes in hotels absolutely unnecessary. Plenty of plug sockets for your charging convenience, flat screen tv was working well. Overall good budget hotel for a short stay. Pre book for better rates, via online booking sites as walk-in rates tend to be about ~20% higher.

  Decent budget hotel

  Generally I am quite satisfied with the services provided. This place is very near to many restaurants and convenient stores including 7-Eleven etc. The description on Agoda etc is misleading though. This place is about 30 minutes on foot from 1 Utama and 20 minutes from Tropicana City Mall. So, most locals will not walk from this place to the shopping malls! A car or some sort of transport is required especially in the scorching sun. Not recommended for the elderly or people who cannot climb stairs. I also wished that the receptionist had given me some sort of reassurance with regards to safety of the parking lot at night. Parking space might be an issue on weekdays even though it is free on weekends and public holidays.
