  Noisy Stay

  All was well when I checked in, the reception was nice and helpful, there was complimentary cookies (which was a first for me), the location was near Sunway Pyramid, there is ample eateries in the area and the first impressions of cleanliness good.I stayed for 5 nights. So this was enough to make a good gauge on the place. 1. The hotel is very noisy. Especially if you get the window rooms as it faces the main road. The hotel is also beside a 7-11 so there is always some car or person making a loud noise beside it. The water heater is also very loud, whenever someone takes a bath there is a loud racket from inside the hotel. The air conditioning is also loud, you don't realize this until you switch it off.2. The area is also a spot for local prostitutes and this can at times be rather uncomfortable.3. The air con in the room does not really work so well.This hotel feels like a short stay kinda place and not very family friendly.

  This hotel located 5minutes walking from sunway pyramid mall, which is opposite to the hotel area. Stayed here for one night, bought through apps, stated NON SMOKING ROOM, yet I got smoking room. Clothes got smelly odours. Superior room is too small. Toilet door can not lock, slide type. Location is okay. Got 7E beside hotel.

  I have to attend my convocation ceremony at Sunway Pyramid. Me and my family decided to bunk in on a budget hotel near by Sunway and this one really meet our needs. This a basic budget hotel that had everything one would expect in a budget hotel. Food are visible and the hotel is centrally located. The room had air conditioner, a TV, a good sized bathroom. 7/11 right next door and McDonalds about a 20 mtr walk away.

  Pleasant for short stay

  Pokemon trainers, listen up! This hotel has got 2 pokestops. At least this is what we discover when we first reach this hotel. The shop front of the hotel entrance could be easily missed if you do not have a GPS in your vehicle. Nope, there is no free parking. You have to get a ticket for your car before you got fine by traffic police. The staff was nice and sweet, check in was fast. This hotel is considered budget so I do not wish to mention the room as long as it’s acceptable for me. Anyway, the lift was broken down so we need to use the stairs. Location was great as it was just 15m walk away to Sunway Lagoon. Nearby eatery has got Pizza Hut, MacDonald’s, Domino Pizza, Old Town Eatery, etc. At night on the side walk, you can also find night market selling cheap stuffs. Overall a good experience for a short stay over there!

  Great location, poor service.

  I paid 100RM plus per night for a double room for 2 nights. Location was great, was near BRT, food was convenient, 7-11 next door and Sunway Pyramid and Lagoon nearby. Since I was sharing the room and expenses with a colleague, we asked for an extra keycard but was refused, so we opted to leave the keycard with reception whenever one of us is out.Room was ok, curtains thick enough to block outside streetlights. A bit noisy but expected. Service wise poor. We found the soap dispenser was blocked so we informed the reception. I also asked for an extra blanket as I was sharing the room with a colleague. When we came back from our conference, our room was not cleaned, soap dispenser was not fixed so we bought soap from 7/11. I managed to track the housekeeper who was lounging around the foyer relaxing in the floor on pillows and she was kind enough to give us an extra blanket but admitted reception did not request her to give us any extra blanket.TV reception poor. No extra channels except local ones.On our departure, we decided to all check out at 8am but leave our bags in a colleague's room as she was not attending the last talk and requested a late check out at 2pm which we asked reception and they said yes. However, at 12pm she went out for lunch, came back and found she was locked out of the room and had to go back reception to ask them to reactivate the keycard for her even though we asked permission for a 2pm check out for that particular room.Wierdly, wifi did not work for my colleagues and I the first day we checked in but started working on 2nd day and on departure.In Summary, 2 star hotel, no extra keycard available, poor communication between staff, broken soap dispenser which was not fixed and room not cleaned during thr duration of our stay despite us leaving the keycard with reception as we attended the conference, and spontaneous lock on room at 12pm on day of check out. The only positive aspect is location.
