    Ok there are 2 D'OR Hotels and situated just a walking distance to each other. I stayed in D'OR HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG in 16 Jalan Bukit Bintang. And i would say its super clean, bedsheets and towels are super white no stains and the rooms are always cleaned up and tissues and mineral water given everyday. The airconditioning is super cold. The hotel personnels are very helpful. I experienced accidentally leaving my bag with laptops in my grab car and it is the hotel personnel who helped me all the way until i recover it. The hotel location is so good for those who like to go around at night. Its situated just walking distance to all street foods and night life. The downside part of this hotel is that there is no window. There is no hotel food. They do offer free hot and cold water near the info counter. Its very easy to locate its just infront of Federal Hotel.

    It was the worst experience in this hotel. A syndicate works there for stealing the guests’ belongings in the name of room cleaning. They resort to cheating in case any guest compliments about missing things from his/her room, like they produce dirty towel and penalise the guest instead of taking action against the complaint. I’ll never stay in this hotel again and I suggest all of you to be careful about this type of frauds.

    The room was too small, and the toilet too. Not even value for money, not even worth the priceeeeee at all. Not very satisfied with the room and the receptionist was a bit rude, its indian female, and asked us to check out earlier than its time. And I had to go req at the reception for the kettle, hairdryer and so on. And the water heater in the toilet is not warm at all. Overall, bad service with not-so-ok room.

    Hotel was average not to expensive and not to cheap. The hotel location maybe great although near at the end of road. Lobby have a smoke smell. Staff was helpfull. And the bathroom dirty with the wastafel sinkhole that rusty.

    While our trip to malaysia,here at this hotel we stay ..just like last year we where here to.. very easy go to everywhere.. i hope next year this hotel fix some the facilities like the air conditioner and equipment bathroom,..
