Strategically situated within the commercial hub of Malaysia, it lies just 35 minutes from the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport via the Expressway and Kuala Lumpur City. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions including the Sunway Lagoon Water Theme Park, the renowned Blue Mosque, the National Zoo, Fireflies Park, Royal Selangor Visitor Centre, the Formula One Sepang Circuit, and much more. Shoppers can take the complimentary hotel shuttle to Subang Parade and Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, just 5 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 502 rooms and 23 suites. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available.     Invoice Not Provided After Payment – No Response for 2 Weeks

    We visited this hotel for a dinner buffet on 11 March and made full payment on the spot on 10 March. We requested for an invoice at the time, but were told it would be issued the following day.Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups on 11, 13, 16, 17, and 18 March, we have yet to receive the invoice. Each time, we were told the matter would be checked with Finance, but no update or resolution was provided.It has now been more than two weeks, and our request remains unresolved. This is a very basic and reasonable request, and the lack of response and follow-up from the hotel is disappointing.We hope the management will take this matter seriously and improve their responsiveness and internal coordination.     It’s daylight robbery here. They want to charge RM200 to check in ONE HOUR early.Obviously the room is available. Was happy to pay RM50. So they made us wait until 3.Customer service 0 point.Will never stay here again.
