  1- Location: Right next to Petaling Street Market, Central Market, easy MRT/public transport access. Close to recommended Ho Kow Hainam Kopitiam (crowded, come early), Mydin Hypermarket for local shopping.2- Price: Good value.3- Cleanliness: Clean room, no daily cleaning (2-day stay), reception can assist if you ask for.4- Room Comfort: Fine AC, limited heating (but it works fine for summer).5- Amenities: High-speed internet, free hairdryer/charging converter on request, water purifier on 1st floor, no toothbrush/paste, only shampoo and shower gel provided in one bottle.6- Service: Friendly, attentive, professional staff.7- Dining: No on-site dining.8- Safety: I went through 2 nights safe and sound

  As aregular Guest, Iwould like to thanks Mr. Johnny in the restaurant for the Great servise and quik respond,Just give aphone call to him he will prepare your brakfast and save your time .I also would like to thanks Ms. Charmaine for fantastic cleaning she is doing. Since she is not in touch with a guest but still you can see her hard work is appear.I hope both of them Johnny and charmain they will find appreciation from there AdminMohammed Ali...   I spent 4 days at the hotels, it was so nearly from market, station, and bank. The room so clean, even a lil bit small but so comfortable. The staff at the reception was so kindly help us. Recommend hotel for tourist specially from Indonesia 👍👍👍👍

  This hotel charged extra MYR 20/- from me even after paying full amount at Make My Trip website and it was clearly mentioned on my invoice Pay at Hotel= 0 But Hotel charged me extra MYR 20. When i refused to pay extra as in my booking voucher and invoice there was no charges mentioned then the receptionist told me that you can talk with your agent or you have to pay. I can't talk with MMT in foreign country as I did not have SIM card of Malaysia.The room of hotel is very small. You have only 2x6 feet space after the bed. The hotel does not provide fresh water in room you have to go into lobby and get it from water dispenser. The room amenities were not according displayed on the website. The bathroom size is very small. It was 2x5 feet only. The shower water was coming out in the room. The lift sensor are not working correctly; I got hurt 2 times by lift doors. The 3 seat room is also very small in size.

  Incredibly helpful, attentive staff, a pleasure to say hello to each morning. Excellent room at a great price and in such a good location, close to everything! Will be glad to return on my next KL trip. Thank you!
