    Great Stay for Long Stay Guests

    Element Hotel Kuala Lumpur is one of the long-stay hotels that I would definitely recommend. The location is very convenient, with the train station only around 100m away, making it easy to travel anywhere in the city.I was happy to receive a room upgrade to a high-floor KLCC park view room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked that it came with a microwave and small studio kitchen, which is perfect for longer stays.A special thank you to the team for making my 14th anniversary decoration request happen. The setup was lovely and truly made our celebration more special and memorable. Really appreciate the effort and attention to detail.Breakfast was decent, although the selection was a bit limited compared to other hotels in the same category and price range. However, my family and I still enjoyed the breakfast experience together with the nice view.Overall, it is an ideal hotel for long-stay guests who value comfort, convenience, and a great location.Overall rating: 8.8/10 ⭐️

    Good location but staff need to train more

    Good location, Front Desk staff were friendly, however the fnb staff some of them not being attentive during clearing the plates, they're being selective, they more friendly to foreigners guest rather than local guest. The room has an issue with aircond temperature, I had turn it on to 30 degrees due to cold weather however it turn back to 24 degrees automatically. Also, I had dealt with hot water issue as well. It took time for me to take shower cause it was so hard to get the hot water. The housekeeper running without shoes (bare legs), not clearing the In Room Dining tray, small pillow was so smelly (saliva stains was on it). Also the shaving kit was not provide and hand soap (it was upon request?) never been to the hotel without that necessity amenities. No sanitary wipes at the gym (but asking people wipes after use the equipment) , no hand towels provided inside there as well.

    Element Kuala Lumpur offers a strategic location near the MRT and KLCC, featuring high bath pressure, integrated water filtration, and RM 10 per day parking. Service is excellant, providing proactive room upgrades, in-room welcome snacks, and two complimentary welcome drinks, with the option to exchange 500 loyalty points for breakfast. However, housekeeping requires improvement due to floor dust, and the sofa lacks high-back ergonomic support. Additionally, the lack of blackout curtains in the living area results in light leakage and compromised privacy.

    What a pleasant surprise this was. Great room with fantastic views of the city. Friendly staff. Nice room upgrade for Platinum Bonvoy. Excellent value and walking distance to KLCC and even Pavilion if you dont mind a bit of a hike. Would happily stay here again in fact will look to do so. Only marked down to 4 stars due inadequate water pressure and water warmth in the bathroom. Otherwise super value for money.

    Spacious room 40 sqm with spectacular night lights (all rooms above 40/F where the lobby locates) ; few minutes walk to subway, closest Ampang Park on red line and Persiaran KLCC on yellow line. Took subway throughout our stay to avoid the pretty bad traffic surrounding the area;Hotel is Right opposite to Intercontinental which looks a lot more dated; Breakfast offers reasonable variety of western and local favour though a bit of average standard.Overall speaking very good value for money!
