    Excellent place to stay in picturesque surroundings

    The hotel was very comfortable and felt like a genuine 4 star experience as advertised, the hotel is larger than first expected. the highlight were the staff who were so accommodating to last minute changes due to Eurostar cancellations. great value for money and a really good breakfast. there were a number of different language options on the TVs although it would have been nice had the smart functionality been enabled. The Hotel was clean and quiet and located around 5-7 mins from the real hub of the city pleasantly situated by the canal.

    A bit of a gem booked through Groupon

    We booked this hotel for a two night stay through a Groupon deal and whilst we were a little concerned beforehand we left feeling that we had found a little gem.Located in a quiet area, about a 10 minute walk to the main Market Square, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked a Comfort Room which was spacious and nicely furnished with a safe, fridge and plenty of storage space.All staff were friendly and the hotel also offer a free drink in lieu of your room being cleaned which we felt was a good idea.Breakfast was included and offered a good choice of both eating options and tea/coffee too.Finally, the number 2 bus runs from Brugge Railway Station and stops just across the canal from the hotel.

    This is definitely not a 4* hotel. Very outdated, poor staff and nowhere to sit to have breakfast even though you have paid for it.

    What a fabulous find, superb location for the Markket square and just close enough for all amenities. Secure storage for our bikes and rooms excellent. Breakfast very nice and sumptuous.

    The beds are very comfortable and the room is nice. BUT it’s supposed to be a hotel 4 stars (I would say 3) because:- it’s poorly equiped- there is a small sauna and a jacuzzi which you have to pay 25€ per room. when you go to a sauna/swimming pool the entry is much less for a whole day. the sauna and jacuzzi are not even that nice for the price. the hotel should give you the opportunity to have it free. a lot of much nicer hotels have it for free, so this seems like a scam.- the food is ok but not that good- the reception is not very nice, cold and not welcoming- there is just soap as shower gel, not even shampoo- the showers are leaking on the sides, do you have to wipe it clean with the towel- the parking is more expensive than paying public parking
