  Worst Hotel in Town

  This is one of the worst hotel I stayed in. It is worst than a budget hotel and attached below is my review1. Television not working upon check in. Inform the reception and they replace it with a sub-stand quality television. Most of the channels are unable to be viewed and the limited channels that exist is also of poor viewing quality. 2. The reception said that they don’t have any Remote Control for the television. The channels have to be changed manually on the top of the Television. The down volume is faulty and not working.3. The room wall socket is broken. Inform the reception and they do not bother to do anything about it.4. The bedside light is not working.5. The flooring is of poor quality.6. The towels used are of poor / cheap quality and does not absorb water well.7. The bathroom door can only be open up to 45 degrees. Cannot be open further as it knocks into the toilet bowl. That is how small the bathroom cum toilet is.8. There are bathroom tiles missing.9. The bathroom wall is badly stained.10. The ceiling is crack and broken.11. The reception is basically useless and arrogant. Not helpful at all and always have excuses. 12. The Wifi Does NOT work at all.

  Worst Hotel in Asia

  Stayed at Sabrina Golden Palace Hotel with my sons for a night and the moment we went inside the room, we already wanted to get out. We were charged MYR200 for a tiny, smelly, dirty room, with Wifi that's hardly working and a leaking airconditioner. Receptionist was as dirty as the hotel, and as rude as he was dirty. Worst hotel i have been to in Asia. Will never ever consider it again.

  No hot shower, everything was a bit dirty and broken (like the shower and tv remotes battery was out so in order to close the tv, had to unplug it), unpleasant employees, and it was very noisy so I really couldnt sleep with all the music coming from the street. And way too expensive concerning all that (80RM).

  The room is really bad. Dirty uncleaned rooms and bed sheet unchanged. TV and electrical outlets not working. Aircon was leaking. No tissue provided. Noisy neighborhood.The good side, it is located near the shopping district and train station.

  Awful room with no ventilation, musty aircon, infested air, cocroaches, minibathroom flush not working, dirty and smelly, no wardrobe nor space, dirty sheets, noisy all night people speaking loud, no one at reception when you need it, many men (not customers) in the hall doing nothing. Staff not very helpful. Avoid!!!
