This was my first time staying at this property, and as a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was deeply impressed by the warm hospitality I received.I would like to specifically commend Parames at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, her service was exceptionally thoughtful and professional. We were traveling with our child and specifically required a room layout with a sofa. Parames went out of her way to coordinate a room upgrade that perfectly met our needs.What impressed me most was her efficiency; she managed to expedite the process so we could settle in and rest quickly. Her care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued and "at home."Please extend my sincere thanks to her.     Recently stayed here, and it was superb!A special shout-out to Dilpareet at the front desk, who was kind and professional during check-in. She explained everything clearly, including the hotel facilities, which made the experience very smooth and pleasant.Additionally, Veronica, an intern at the breakfast outlet, provided excellent guest service. She regularly checked if everything was fine and kindly asked if we needed any assistance.We will definitely visit the hotel again soon for a short trip.Thank you for the wonderful service!     Travelled to Puchong for a friend wedding, first time trying this property. Excellent service provided by all round team members. Pleasant and clean room, had all the amenities we required. Excellent location, close proximity to a lot of eatery, pharmacies and convenience store except for laundromats . Had a little mishap with Room Service, misinformation provided however special thanks to Ms Kathy,AFOM, and Mr Anillan for providing excellent service recovery. Great service during breakfast by Chef Ashraf, Ms Dina and Ms Salma, very attentive to our needs. Kudos to the security team all well stationed at the lobby always vigilant and prompt.     I am going to give a very objective assessment :- pros: good service, good breakfast and shower gels the same as the other four points- cons : bed too soft, time to change, see pic. Towels poor quality, see pic. But the biggest issue is the outdoor noise at night, see video .
