    Perfect spot in the city! Easily connected to KLCC but note not directly to LRT. Great visit using Amex FHR and was well recognised - credit was welcome in the Trigona Bar, a must visit! Pool was quiet and full of spa amenities! Also offered to use these ahead of evening flight.Will certainly visit again!

    Superb location and views. Customer service at the hotel was excellent and efficient. The food is really tasty too, we opted for bed and breakfast and it’s worth much more than what they’re charging! I would stay here again. We tried their in-room dining room too which I would rate 4/5, but other than that, 10/10 for this hotel.Also, there are two shopping malls on each side of the hotel which was extremely convenient. There were heavy showers during our time in Kuala Lumpur, and this saved us just lazing around in our hotel room. With that in mind, the hotel also provides umbrellas to use during your stay :)!

    We only stayed one night in the hotel as a stopover before traveling on to Cambodia but it was very good. Its location is perfect, right in the centre of town opposite the Petronas Towers, which at night are quite spectacular. Reception could not have been more helpful. printing our boarding cards for the next leg without any question and booking us a table in the restaurant which was about to close. Our room was fabulous, well appointed and comfortable as well as wonderfully cool after the heat outside. We managed half an hour in the busy, fun bar, where they found us a table by the window so we could enjoy the view. Although we ate late after a long day, the restaurant was friendly and fine. The following day, the car transfer arranged by the hotel to the airport worked like clockwork (top tip - book the hotel car service from the airport on arrival as the Booking.com alternative was a shambles, resolved, kindly, by the Four Seasons rep at the airport!). Hard to judge how a longer stay might have worked but no reason to doubt it would have been just as good. Overall, excellent.
