    Basic Hotel for Overnight stay

    Room was of decent size, staff at the counter were very friendly and provide good service. However, the amenities provided were a bit lacking. We had a bath towel that was so worn and tattered I couldn't even use it for a rag! There was no basic toiletries provided (not even hand soap) except for a bottle of body/shampoo in the bath. The provided breakfast pack was miserable - lot of coconut rice, some curry, sambal chilli, bits of ikan billis and peanut and a hard boiled egg. Not very palatable.     The rooms are small and has a cozy feel to it. The rooms are clean The staff are very welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast os like a bento style box and is nothing much to shout about but it fills the stomach. Being adjacent to a mall makes passing time easy.     Just a transit hotel worth a try

    Formally TUNE hotel under AIRASIA, just tooken over few years back, now under ASCOT Hotels group , so should we check it out get started ...Location:Is inside the shopping mall, near to KLIA1 & KLIA2 , the hotel is consider as a transit hotel.Lobby: Will see many fox 🦊 around as they main cartoon characters. Is not huge lobby Check in was fast, few sitting capacity sofas and chairs available, Front receptionist is well train knowledge of client info. You need to check in at P1 LEVEL. Room: 606, 616 & 617Took the lowest category, nothing to shout about, just for a night for transit back yo SDK. Only locals TV channel available, as there's no movie nor international TV channel. Swimming pool: Located at 5th floor, but too bad dint took any job pictures.Cafe: No command, as I did not have any meals in the hotel. Parking: MYR5.00 for inhouse guess per night stay. Overall: Staff👍from front desk, house keeping. # room door seems to be running out of shape.     DO NOT STAY HERE WORST HOTEL

    One of the worst experiences.You misrepresented yourselves by posting photos that are nowhere close to the actual state of the hotel. Mouldy smelly rooms, not to mention the toilets are stained. No housekeeping was done even after we left for a day of excursions!Your customer service is terrible and unresponsive. Worst experience!!!!
