This elegant hotel is centrally located in Kuala Lumpur's vibrant Golden Triangle, adjacent to Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square and Chinatown. It is conveniently situated near the main shopping belts of the city, just a 5-minute walk away from Imbi Station. The hotel's proximity to the major expressways and public transport links also makes it highly accessible to major tourist spots. Petronas Twin Towers are only some 3.5 km away. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is about 31 km away and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (klia) is some 57 km away.

Facility

237 junior suites, 127 suites, 68 single rooms and 69 double rooms are located on 27 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

    The hotel markets itself as a 4-star property, but in reality it feels closer to a 3-star experience. While the rooms are spacious, they are quite dated and in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the rooms did not match the presentation shown online. We also had to request a room change due to issues including spiders and a broken light.The hotel appears to cater heavily to large tour groups, which impacted the overall experience. Dining spaces felt crowded, and there were instances of guests pushing in, which made things less enjoyable.Overall, staff were lovely and accommodating and the room size is a positive, the condition, and busy atmosphere mean it doesn’t quite meet expectations for its advertised standard.     We had a very pleasant experience at the front office, especially with Duty Manager Ms. Liz. She was extremely helpful and sincere in assisting us with resolving our Wi-Fi issue.     Been a patron of this place for almost 2decades now.The room is spacious and the location is wonderfully convenient. GM Adrian is practically family as well as the rest of the staffs who've been here for as long long as I could remember. Though some new staffs come n go, they are excellent!Mr Tafo, Nomi, Chef Selvi, Rahman, White, Wani, Kalai, Ailal, Imdadul, Ms Genevieve, Housekeeping Supervisor Sokri, Saras, Abdullah, Salman and Naresh are WONDERRUL staffs.Grateful for all the beautiful memories each time i visit.     Older and well used hotel with dated facilities, but everything was clean and worked. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Location is a bit awkward and hard to get to, especially on foot, but there is a walkway outside that connects to LaLaPort.     Excellent stay once again. Booked the Club room which is always nice as it includes the Club lounge benefits including Breakfast, Afternoon free flow drinks and small buffet style finger foods and usually a choice of two or three hot dishes. Staff extremely polite. Hotel is located and linked to Lalaport mall and Imbi and Huang Tuah monorail stations so very convenient to get around. Room was spacious and clean. Good spacious shower / Toilet. Great WiFi. No complaints. Will be back.
