    1 night check in on 16th Aug-17th Aug, hotel was clean, great personality, smile, greeting by all staff, especially the receptionist check in by Andrew fast, explained all the facilities are renovations all clear & perfection, Everthing was excellent, for sure come back next time Grand Mercure.

    Staying for 3 days (9th Aug till 11th Aug).Booking was made earlier, claiming to have fully renovated room. Received email 2 days before arrival, stating that all facilities was not available due to rebranding and renovation. No Swimming Pool, No Gym, No restaurant (breakfast to consume at Service Apartment restaurant), Lobby Driveway have to walk across to Service Apartment temporary Lobby. Very messy, we even arqued with Grab Driver for confusing of pick up point. Super DissappointedDM Adam upgraded us to suite room, however, room was very dusty and used tissue paper from previous guest still in room. Request to clean up the room was not done; called Front Desk and Hskp staff came to room at 11.20pm to clean up. When asked why room was not cleaned, he blamed that DnD light was on. As a matter of fact, we just checked in to the room.Only good thing was DM Adam was quick on providing service recovery; but nevertheless, this cleaniness and hygience is a basic standard for every hotel in the world.Will never stay in this hotel.

    Check In on 19th July 2025 - 20th July 2025, Deluxe King, hotel was excellence, breakfast was perfect on buffet, the process of check in absolutely perfect smooth by Mr. Andrew front desk, definitely will come back to look forward with you Mr. Andrew, love this hotel, thank you.

    Swiss Garden Bukit Bintang is THE choice hotel to stay whilst in KL. Bang for your money!

    Hotel is a short distance (5-8 mins walk) to Jalan Alor Food Street, and as the street name suggests, it literally is lined with all varieties of food. Besides, it centrally located location, you are just on the outskirts of all those traffic jams. Rooms are modern and clean, bed was comfy. Staff were all friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this hotel should I visit KL again.

    The room we got still had waste from the previous guests lying on the floor.The bed had stains on the sheets and we suspect that the sheets haven’t been changed.The bed was broken due to a missing leg, so it was unstable so sleep in.Bathroom was nice and clean.Cleaning staff forgot new towels. We had to ask twice to get new ones. I recommend that you spend our money elsewhere. There are plenty cheaper and better hotels nearby.
