    Had a good stay at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong. The hotel is very clean and peaceful and relaxing.     Good short stay at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong

    Stayed during CNY 2025. The hotel is located awkwardly beside a permanently closed shopping mall, a bit of a distance from the train station. I mistakenly entered from the parking area underneath the mall which had confusing signage and had trouble finding the elevator leading to the lobby of the hotel. The hotel itself is good, I think being attached to a closed shopping mall made the hotel look a bit sad and isolated, especially since the area is mostly surrounded by houses. It doesn't help that the front part of the hotel is being developed so the views of the lake is a bit dampened by the construction nearby.The room and bath are spacious and clean and well maintained. Staff are very warm and accommodating. Breakfast spread is limited, but for a short stay, it will do.     Stayed here for 44days for business purpose. Some of my reviews are: Housekeeping:Mohammad- He keeps my room super neat and tidy. He only touches on the area the he needs to touch and avoid my personal things. I even didnt worry if i left my laptop or wallet in the room. Kitchen:Navin- The most generous staff in the hotel. The greets me with warm welcome every morning at the restaurant counter and always asked if anything i need to make my breakfast special. Redza- A great chef. No need to worry about his cook because the tastes are always top notch! Kitchen Intern- A young lady with warm smile. Always greet me with in the morning during breakfast. She even asked on how it tastes like and if anything she can improve from customer perspective. Front desk:A young blonde lady (forgot her name): Attend me with kindness and soft spoken. A male like 160cm with spectacles (forgot his name): He helps me multiple times especially when my access card has an issue. Even at 4am, he still looks fresh and energetic!
