    I am writing to commend the exceptional services and experiences I had during my stay at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur last week. As a Diamond member with thousands of nights spent in countless Hilton properties worldwide, I ranked your property among the best I have ever stayed at. Aside from the location and facilities, the staff at Hilton Kuala Lumpur made my stay worthwhile to revisit.Several individuals deserve special commendations:- Halilah, the Executive Lounge manager, reassigned me to a better room on a higher floor. She continued her hospitality by constantly interacting with me throughout my stay.- Rizal, the senior staff member in the Executive Lounge, always greets me with a smile and ensures that I am well served.- Kaliamah and Stijn, the lounge staff members, ensure that I am well taken care of whenever I frequent the lounge.- Hamdan, the front desk receptionist, checked me in quickly and efficiently.- Rishi and Dino, the cheerful and helpful concierge, assisted me with my luggage and provided helpful information about traveling around Kuala Lumpur.- Sri Dewani, the spa manager, is always courteous, helpful, and friendly.I am planning to visit Kuala Lumpur in the near future again, as there are several more places in Malaysia high on my bucket list. I know exactly where I will be staying for a few nights because of the aforementioned individuals.

    My family and I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur from 10–13 June 2026. From start to finish, we experienced genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality.A big thank you to Mr Omar Syarif at the Front Desk for making our check-in smooth and welcoming. After our long journey from Johor Bahru via the ETS, his attentiveness and cheerful demeanour immediately made us feel at home.Special appreciation also goes to Ms Ferra at Vasco's Restaurant. She proactively followed up on the only issue we had during our stay and, together with her manager, ensured that it was resolved promptly. Her willingness to go above and beyond, despite being from the restaurant team, truly impressed us.Thank you as well to Mr Aizad for the pleasant check-out experience, and to Mr Dino from Concierge for kindly assisting us with our large luggages all the way to KL Sentral Station—a gesture that we deeply appreciated.Hilton Kuala Lumpur should be proud of such dedicated staff. As a Hilton Honors member, I wouldn't think twice about returning. Highly recommended!

    Overall, the stay was good. However, in-house guests should not be charged for parking. Additionally, my vehicle was not validated upon checkout despite me providing the car details earlier, and I had to return from the exit to the lobby to resolve the issue. This was inconvenient and frustrating.

    We recently stayed at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur and had an absolutely amazing time. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations.Highlights of our stay: The Room & View: We stayed in a lake view room on level 26, and the view was breathtaking. Despite the hotel being a slightly older property, it is exceptionally well-maintained and still feels incredibly premium and modern. Service & Communication: The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including a very helpful late check-out. A special shout-out to the team for their responsiveness on WhatsApp; they were consistently available to answer our questions within a minute or two, which made our stay seamless. Dining: The breakfast selection on level one was excellent. As vegetarians, we were thrilled by the variety, especially the extensive Indian food options. Amenities: The facilities are top-tier. The swimming pool, gym, and the beautiful boardwalk were all highlights. We also loved the addition of fun games like chess, carrom, archery, and snakes and ladders—they provided such a great way to unwind between our activities.The staff have done an incredible job maintaining the hotel's high standards. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting KL. We look forward to returning soon!
