  Beyond disappointed

  The worst hotel experience ever.... Have you ever gone to a hotel to check in and absolutely NO employees were on site? Not one single employee? That was our experience. We waited nearly 2 hours before someone showed up. There was a long line of people to checkin, one gentleman flew in from France and after a long flight called for 30 minutes straight for the shuttle to come get him and he gave up got and Uber to hotel to find a line of people and no employees/ One guest called a police officer for a wellness check. It was the worst experience ever. And when you are exhausted from a long day and then have to experience something like this...its tough. We even called the 800 number for customer service to see if they could call the emergency contacts on file for hotel but every number they had was either disconnected or no one answered.

  This place is getting run down. Our room smells horribly of cheap cleaner they must use. I’m getting a headache from it. Tv remote was missing & it took us 4 stops at the front desk & 2 trips in to our room from front desk person before it was resolved.

  This hotel looked closed and abandoned when we arrived with a reservation. Weeds were 18+ inches high all around the building. Landscaped areas were full of weeds. Desk clerk said they’d let their landscapers go and were looking for a new one - obviously not looking too hard with the surrounding area’s condition. Obviously the photos online were taken when the hotel was much newer. Photos attached to this review don’t even show the condition of the “landscaped” areas. We stayed since it was after 4pm. They changed our room to first floor since we had our small dog with us, but put us in a handicapped room - adequate but whole place could use an update. Bed was average, not great. Room was clean but there were several small maintenance issues. Breakfast was also adequate- hot food was waffles and scrambled eggs with shredded cheese but no breakfast meat. Waffle batter and syrup needed to be refilled but we never saw a staff member attending to the breakfast area. After consideration, I changed my rating from 2-star to 1-star. I wouldn’t stay again with their lack of attention to the hotel and grounds. Choice Hotels should be ashamed of this property.

  Very clean!!! Comfortable King bed! We love clean rooms!!! Nice breakfast area. Reasonable price! We were traveling to home from Colorado and we found this Country Inn and suites in Lincoln Nebraska!

  Standard off interstate hotel, some facility issues

  A standard off Interstate hotel. Kind of beat up, our AC made clunking noises all night when it was over 90 degrees all night that made it really hard to sleep. No pool as advertised, fire alarm went off at 7 AM. The sausage and egg Pattie’s for breakfast were cold! It was quiet and right off interstate, staff was friendly.
