BLOOD AND URINE STAINED BEDDING

BLOOD AND URINE STAINED BEDDING !!!!!!!!!!One of the most disgusting hotels i have ever seen , the bed sheets are filthy. I asked for a new one because the sheets looks like they were stained in URINE AND BLOOD !!!this happened more the once , ALL THERE BEDDING IS FLITHY AND HAVE YELLOW STAINS ALL ON THE .DO NOT COME HERE ITS A HELL HOLE OF A HOTEL. For sale price there is far better ones then this filthy place !!!!!!

I made a 100% refundable reservation on Booking.com for 1 night with "pay-at-the-property" higher rate. Hotel charged my credit card right away. Keeping in mind i booked in March, the trip is in July. Contacted the property, they sent me a generic scripted reply. Wrote to them again, they copy pasted the same reply to me! !!! Finally they claimed that my CONFIRMED booking on Booking.com isnt final with the property. WTH is going on?Can you imagine how much ANARCHY is going on in the hotel itself if their organization think this is normal???!!!!BTW, they go under the REAL name of ZEN Rooms Grand Orchard Hotel

Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have observed that maintenance tends to be negliged lately. Wifi very good only in the reception area but very poor in rooms. The area is very good with easy shopping and dining all around. Recommended.

It's best location 24/7 very safe ..foods 24/7 . Masjid India ...all shopping just opposite Malabar jewellery, Next GRT jewellery & many jewellery, Just opposite maybank , Anjappar restaurant , mydin , hanifa's & many more . Sogo just 5 minutes away . Rooms good space , parking in front hotel . Good budget hotel . Stayed 4 nights .

Good services and comfortable room. Perfect rate for family that searching for affordable hotel.. This place is located near jalan TAR.. about 15minutes from masjid jamek station.. 5 minutes from mydin and 10 minutes from jalan TAR.. for the family that wants to go for a shopping sholud try this hotel.. its really worth it..
