    Comfortable bed yet more improvements

    It cost me RM133.20 for a night in a deluxe king bed room. This including breakfast. It sound good, yet there are some points that I personally don't appreciate.1. Location. The way to the hotel is quite misleading, even with the help of Google Map and waze. I miss a few important junction. No roadsign put in place. There are lots of construction projects around the hotel. 2.poor car park. The condition of the car park is similar to a old building. Dirty and dim light. 3.room. the bed is clean and comfortable. However, the facilities is old and some switches doesn't work well. Wi-Fi is slow, I can't stream YouTube smoothly. I have to turn on my own data plan to avoid frustration. 4. I request for a iron and ironning board. The ironning board seems dirty and old (chocolate coloring on the cover). 5. No safe box in the room. I can't have my important thing in the room when I was out. 6. Breakfast is poor for a hotel standard. The food is at street level. Plates are cold and few selection of food. Local food like fried rice, Nasi lemak, porridge, fruit. Coffee and tea. I can have better standard at mamak stall/restautant outside. Not worth to include breakfast with the room. In general, I would not recommend this hotel. I book this place because my friends are living nearby (15mims drive radius) and easy to access to hotel after a late night activities in the town.

    I just check in to have a sleep, and then took breakfast and check out from the hotel to my next destination.Sound proof not so good, can heard other room open/close door.However, I have a good rest and stomach full breakfast before check out the hotel.

    Lousy hotel everything spoiled...breakfast is the most terrible breakfast that i ever had...staff not friendly,smelly room...cockroach everywhere in the cafe,all the kitchen staff are indon like i having a breakfast in indonesia...

    Hotel is nice... Front Desk is fast and good could not remember his name is a chinese guy with a specs... Bell man service is good... Only thing is side lamp control in 237 is not working and did ask for late c/out at 2pm but we could not have it...if you want to have it you need to add on money ... Room is big and comfort.. I will come back again with my family...

    Direction has been changed since my last visit to the hotel. Luckily Waze could still navigate and bring me through an alternate direction. Seems like the breakfast varieties was increase compared to my last visit and the best thing is I received a free upgrade! Yeah! The front desk agent recognised me when I checked in! Overall it was still a pleasant stay at the hotel although my stay short this time, only for a night.
