    Excellent experience at this hotel. Front Desk attendant was very kind and accommodating to the type of room we wanted. Gave great recommendations within walkable distance for dinner. Breakfast included a custom-made omelette as well as a buffet.Rooms include a mini fridge, coffee/ tea bar, a luggage rack, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and hair dryer.Ice is in a machine in the hallway.Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was super friendly. I commented how clean the carpet in the hallway was and was told they were 10 years old.Parking and breakfast are both included. Really well maintained Hotel on the river.I highly recommend.     We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Prices were reasonable, restaurant and bar were open and very nice. Rooms were clean and updated. We will be back!     Great location for concert goers at Simmons Arena/Center. The shuttle is awesome or you can just walk. The breakfast had the typical self serve food plus a lady that made omelets to order.
