    I stayed at Queen Room which cost Myr118 per night. For, me this rate not worth it. This is the less amenities hotel that I stayed before, with this rate, only amenities are shower cream and shampoo. I think sanitary bag is normal for every hotel even those myr80 per night hotel. This hotel don't provide sanitary bag, no shower cap and no in room complimentary coffee tea. They only provide complimentary coffee tea at the shared lounge and also not electric kettle in the room. Well, this is a over myr 100 room, I have to walk out from the room just to have hot water to drink.Another worst point is their sound proof walk is very very bad, I can hear people talking and door banging, I am unlucky to stay when this hotel is fully booked so lot of customers talking even when is midnight, the hotel staffs seem to ignore this noises that bothering others room guests. Our room rate starts from MYR98 nett during weekdays and non-peak period with a further 5-15% discount for early bookers, making us a competitively priced hotel.I fully understand how uncomfortable it must have been for not getting a good night's sleep but rest assured we do our absolute best to ensure the comfort of all hotel guests at all times. Upon receiving a complaint, our security staff will be sent up to check and when necessary, asks the guest to keep the noise down. Most of the time the problem would have been addressed but occasionally, we do faced with uncooperative guest. It must have been one of those occasion during your stay and I sincerely apologize for it.I hope your isolated experience would not deter you from giving us a second chance.     Nothing really special in this hotel.Good points:Strong WiFi signal from the room (302)ShowerBed comfyCleanWeak points:No soundproof at all, can hear everything from the rooms around usRoom doors banging when going in or out Really really basic, provide mugs and plastic stirrers but no electric kettle or any water dispenser as well no coffee/tea 2 hangers on 1 simple hook No greetings, eye contacts or smile from any employee working thereCar park very very limited hotelmezzo, Manager at Hotel Mezzo, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for your review of our property. Optionally, we have cold/hot water dispensers located on each floor and coffee/tea available anytime at our common lounge for all guests to enjoy. I apologize if our staff have failed to communicate this to you during check-in. Parking are via public parking spaces.     Clean and value for money!

    Whenever we come to visit our relatives in KL, we always stay at Hotel Mezzo. Rooms are clean, location is good (near to MRT), and now there are new shopping malls nearby. My children are very particular with cleanliness and hygiene. Food is not an issue too as it’s all walking distance. For our last visit, we were given a free upgrade. The staff told us that we are quite regular and it’s recorded in their system. If we need to go elsewhere, their friendly staff will help us to get a Grabcar. Will definitely come back again.     Great location But bad adaptations

    When it comes to budget hotel,what you need is a piece of mind and not musty smell.Booked a room was tired,paid like MYR98,and wanted it done,the moment i entered the room what caught my sense is the musty smell of the room and cigarette smell lingering in the room like as someone had just finish a cig.Went down and requested another room,but the receptionist said there is no other room available,if i pay extra they can upgrade me.woah was furious,but give up and paid the remaining for 13xMYR.To my dismay same thing same smell,went down again,wanted my money and leave.then the cashier said my 50 bucks only can be returned next day since its a new day after midnight,and suggested me not to waste the deposit.End up calling the hotel manager and he said company procedure,left the hotel and drove. hotelmezzo, Manager at Hotel Mezzo, responded to this review Dear Guest, I'd like to apologize for any unpleasantness you may have experienced during your visit. However, I must admit that I am shocked to hear of your claims as it is contrary to the standards and values our establishment is built around.Cleanliness and guests' comfort are always our top priorities. All our guest rooms are non-smoking but despite reminders to our guests, we do encounter occasions where rules were broken. In such cases, the affected room would be blocked and thoroughly cleaned to remove the odor before we release it back into our inventory. Should we receive a guest’s complaint of odor upon check-in, we would not hesitate to offer a change of room, or a room upgrade if necessary at no additional cost. It would be absurd for our guest to be charged any extra for the hotel’s own shortcomings.We collect a RM50.00 cash-only, refundable security deposit per room for incidentals or damages throughout the stay. If everything is in order, the security deposit would be refunded upon check-out. Our check-out time policy is 12 noon and guests are free to check-out and collect their security deposit refund at their convenience, provided it does not pass our check-out time policy.In my earlier respond to your review dated 12th May, I’ve provided my contact details hoping you would reach out so I can learn more about your claims and make things right. I did not hear from you. Neither do I recall having spoke to you over the phone on the day as claimed.     great budget hotel!!!!!!

    Me n my family stayed to this hotel a couple of times and we always take the room for family because it is big and spacious enough to accomodate us and also clean. Basic amenities is complete w/ complementary tea n kopi inside the room. Staffs are friendly and they always smile even the friendly security standing at the front door.But except the one indian staff that assist us to our check out in the morning, she looks mean and snob! I didn't get the name of the staff 'coz they don't wear name tag.Hard to find parking at night bec.the area is in public parking, but they have security to assist and to find a space for my car and to secure my carI have one thing that put on my concern. We notice that some rooms the door are wide open at night, maybe bec.its check out room 'coz i see the room is used but no cleaning staff attend to clean.all in all is ok. will come back again!!!!
