  Biohazard: Stay Away!

  I am writing this to warn future guests about a shocking experience at Sweet Hotel Continental. On our second night, after a scheduled linen change, we discovered blood stains on our duvet cover and pillowcase.A member of the reception staff came to the room and personally confirmed that the stains were indeed blood. However, the hotel management’s response was disgraceful. Instead of taking responsibility for this major health and biohazard violation, they refused any refund and indirectly accused us of causing the stain, claiming it looked 'too recent', despite us being out of the room during the entire period between the linen change and the discovery.They even tried to deflect by saying the room was checked 'before arrival', which is irrelevant since the issue occurred during a mid-stay change.I have filed a formal dispute with Booking.com and requested the official 'Hoja de Reclamaciones' to report them to the Valencia Health and Tourism authorities.STAY AWAY if you value your health and expect basic professional ethics. A hotel that provides blood-stained sheets and then insults its guests is not safe.

  Nightmare: don’t go there!

  Awful, don‘t go there. It was a nightmare!Angry employees and by that I mean they don“t want to work, are annoyed by your presence and yell with you. Why? I don’t know. A very crazy place! They really don“t want to work and let you know in every second.Dirty dishes, dirty bathroom, blocked sink, very loud inside and also from the outside, breakfast OK, depends if the breakfast lady is yelling at a guest or not…

  A lovely little hotel in central Valencia.

  Fantastic location right in the city centre near Valencia Nord station.Friendly & very helpful staff.Lovely rooms with en suite shower/bathroom & a roof terrace with rooftop views.A very short walk to the Plaza de Ayuntiamento & other attractions.Dozens of places to eat & drink & to enjoy tapas in the street terraces all around.The city tour buses have a stop nearby.There is no bar on site,but drinks machines in the hotel.Lockers abailable to leave your luggage.A lovely self setvice buffet breakfast available for 8:50 euros with cold meats & cheeses,bread,yoghurts,cereals etc.Juices & coffee too.Will definitely stay here again.

  Pretty to be 2 stars but not raccomanded for comfort!

  Simple room,cleaness was ok but can be more. The staff was really helpful and kind. From the other rooms I can listened all things and I didn’t like. For the breakfast you can reserve your place the night before but at the same time, if you need, you have self service machine in the hall. I have already read in other reviews about leaking sink or shower and was the same for me. Hope will be repair.The hotel position it’s really good, 5min.to the city center. To be a 2 stars hotel was pretty!

  Hotel Continental is the perfect city hotel to discover Valencia in a couple of days. Beside the city hall, the location is fantastic. The hotel is cosy and it offers a nice breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got many useful tips for our time in the city. Recommended!
