  Reasonable room price with small room size

  We do enjoy the room with reasonable prices for us to stay. Although the room size is quite annoying, we do enjoy this accommodation. My partner’s height was 6 feet tall (183cm) and almost get knocked by door, but he felt alright to lay down on bed. This room does not provide table and television. You need to request the receptionist for towels and tissue papers.

  No quiet time

  Though i stayed only one night, but it was not peaceful throughout the night. I booked the female dorm with bathroom, but there was male staff kept coming in and out the room at midnight. Without any consideration to people sleeping that time, talk loudly and switch on the light.

  I booked it for my husband and he was transit in Malaysia for some personal reasons. I saw another property at same price but that was really dirty and I preferred Sunbeam Palm. He arrived there at 10 pm and the staff told him that they are overbooked and moved him to the hostel which I skipped coz of dirtiness.Agoda offered full refund but we decided to book something else for one night and he will get back to the booked property. He came back next day and they gave him up bed. The beds are very unstable and my husband is 110 kg and 190 cm hight. He asked for the bed down and they said that they don't have any for next few days. We requested to cancel the booking free of change coz of that reason and they refused which doesn't make sense.   Huge noize from opposit 30 story park royal new building hotel between 7AM to late evening, it goes other five years for making finish up ,automatically guests will wake up at 7AM every day except Sunday that all construction worker off duty

  Affordable and value for money. Mention the departure/ checkout time if you are in transit so that early check in doesn’t cost extra (applicable if you are not staying overnight but have long transit in KLIA). The hotel is beside berjaya Times Square where you will find pretty much everything you want to buy.
