    Stayed at this location for 5 nights. Its a bit out of the way from City centre and hard to work out the train to go into city centre (there is a station directly below hotel. ) This hotel IF LOOKED after would be a 4 star hotel, however in its current state would classify it as a 2-2.5 star. No access to the "gym" or pool - staff not much help! Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, massive crack in the full length mirror in my room, drain in shower was full of hair - leading to water backing up in shower and cracked/chipped paint. The air con unit in reception has been installed in a rather shotty manner as is the wiring in reception. Paid RM50 deposit on check in on my card, was told at checkout that that deposit would be returned to my card within 30days.......guess what!...still waiting for the refund 45days after my stay. Emailed hotel 3 times before my arrival advising them of my early arrival and asking what their policy was on early arrival/early check in....NO RESPONSE to any of those email! If desperate would stay here in future, but plenty of other decent hotels around without lowering my standards!

    The hotel located near LRT line and value for money. the room is spacious and clean. some minor to feedback about room touch-up and wall paint in room, flooding at shower room but not a big deal. Minimart & shops near by the hotel. Will return at this hotel again when I visit KL.

    Spacious Room...!!!

    Chose this place because its spacious room and it is very big and as I expected... I need spacious room with 2 separate beds within certain budget and this hotel pop up in the list. This 43m2 room is clean and the aircon is cold which we really need in hot KL.. the hot shower work very well. They have fridge, iron + iron board, working table. The minus are it is quite noisy since it is next to LRT station and the wifi is very slow and bad quality. So it was quite hard to work there. There are food stalls around but we didnt try since it didnt look so nice and not cheap too. So, we just went to other area of KL for eating and walk around.
