Location

The hotel is situated in the middle of the liveliest business and shopping district in the city, adjacent to the Kuala Lumpur conference centre. The main tourist attractions such as the world famous Petronas Towers are easily reached on foot. The main railway station is 20 min away and Kuala Lumpur international airport is about 1 hour away.

Facility

The hotel has 519 rooms and 13 junior suites, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.     I stayed at this hotel on a business trip and had shipped some packages from Japan before my arrival.Mr. Syafiq, the concierge, handled everything with great care and professionalism. Thanks to him and all the hotel staff, I was able to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay throughout my visit.Their kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made my experience truly memorable.     Overall, it is a very good hotel. The location, room comfort, and staff service are all excellent. The only downside was the breakfast menu. The food on our first day wasn't good, so we ate outside. They should consider hiring extra kitchen support or a better chef during peak school holiday periods to improve the food quality.     All good except the furniture and fittings, equipment e.g. television is old. Within the golden triangle area. Easy to access to KLCC and Pavilion.
