    The room was to wet ,you could feel the blanket wet when sleeping due to humidity of the room. Small room not spacious and without windows. The most inportatnt, they are not reliable people. They offered some services by mail, but ask for deposit, and at the time of the refund they cheated us. We left from the hotel and never will come back again. Very bad experience. It is therefore not accurate to describe the room as “wet.” Had there been any issue related to humidity or discomfort during your stay, our team would have been more than ready to assist immediately and take corrective action. Unfortunately, no such concern was raised to our front desk during your stay, which would have allowed us the opportunity to resolve it promptly.With regard to room size and the absence of windows, your initial reservation was made via an online booking platform for our Standard Queen Room without window. This room category is clearly named and described as windowless, with full details of its size, layout, and amenities made available during the booking process. This is also our most compact and budget-friendly double room category, designed for guests seeking a more economical option.As with all hotels, we offer a range of room categories of varying sizes, features, and rates to suit different preferences and budgets. We encourage guests to carefully review room descriptions when making reservations to ensure the selected category aligns with their expectations. The hotel is obliged to provide the exact room category booked, which was done accordingly in this case. Should a different room type be preferred, our team is always happy to assist with a change upon arrival, subject to availability and applicable upgrade differences. Consequently, we believe it is unfair to fault the hotel or its staff for checking you into a room which is exactly what you chose and booked for. It is also noted that on your return stay five days later, you made a direct booking with us for a Superior Queen Room, which offers a larger layout and front-facing views, and this was provided as reserved.Regarding the luggage storage matter, we would like to clarify this in detail for transparency. Our hotel provides complimentary luggage storage as a convenience service for guests travelling between stays or making short trips to neighbouring areas. This service is subject to clearly stated limitations of up to 7 days and a maximum of 2 small backpacks or 1 medium suitcase per room booking. These conditions are documented on our luggage storage form and apply uniformly to all guests utilising this service.This service is offered entirely as a goodwill convenience and should not be interpreted as an unlimited storage or parcel deposit facility. Where luggage exceeds the stated limits or duration, applicable charges apply in accordance with our published rates.Prior to your arrival, you had contacted our team regarding luggage storage, and all relevant terms were clearly communicated in advance, including the service limits, applicable charges for excess storage, and the refundable RM100 deposit requirement. Alternative third-party storage options were also suggested should you require longer-term storage or wish to compare different service providers.The refundable deposit is a standard procedure applied to all guests using this service. It is not an additional charge, but a holding deposit to ensure proper settlement upon collection. The final storage fee is calculated strictly upon retrieval of luggage, based on the published rates stated on the luggage storage form and the actual usage of the service, including duration and/or quantity of items stored.This process ensures full transparency and fairness, as guests are only charged according to the exact usage of the service received.All terms and conditions were therefore clearly communicated in advance and agreed upon at the point the service was utilised. Guests who do not agree with the terms are of course free to make alternative arrangements elsewhere. However, proceeding to store luggage for five days under these clearly stated conditions, and later disputing the agreed terms after the service has been fully utilised, is not aligned with the understanding under which the service was provided.We therefore respectfully clarify that there was no intention to mislead or “cheat” at any stage. Different hotels operate under different service structures, and our policies are consistently applied and transparently communicated to all guests prior to utilisation.We take all guest feedback seriously and welcome constructive comments that reflect the actual experience and agreed arrangements.     Location near to TRX, Pav & BB. Walking distance to BB monorail station.Hotel staff is good, friendly and approachable. Facilitate my late check in due to highway jammed.     Everyone was satisfied with the room and toilet facilities. There were some issues with a few rooms, but these were addressed when the people in the room reported it to the hotel staff.Thank you for your service.

    Good Hotel, Spacious room. Receptionist with smile, from check in late night and check out and with CNY song of course. Walking distance with severall shopping mall. Food court hidden in front of the hotel is very good bakuteh. AC and All Property work fine.     InnB Park Hotel, Wifi world slow record

    Ever since check-in the wifi has been very slow; like a slow version of mid 1990s phone line dial up internet. Its now even worse, so unstable that its not possible to retain internet connection for more than a couple of seconds. I've reported this to reception who say they are unable to do anything other than report this to the provider telco.If you need internet access, don't book InnB Park Hotel unless you've an excellent Malaysian 4G/5G service with your SIM card.Tripadvisor won't let me rate this hotel less than 1 star. We understand the frustration it can cause.The hotel indeed had some internet instability over the new year period, which we had made multiple reports to the telco provider during the span of 2 weeks - this instability in internet connection was partly stemmed from upgrade works being done by our telco provider as well as a lack of structure to cope with the many high rise buildings that have been built in the area recently. Unfortunately, this connectivity issue affected most users in the area, including our personal numbers subscribed through Maxis provider. While we regret the disruption to your experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that certain factors, such as telco services, are beyond our immediate control.
