A 90-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, this business hotel is conveniently located along the prestigious Jalan Ampang, the heart of KL's business, shopping and entertainment district. It is only a heartbeat away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre, boasting 2 of the world's tallest buildings. Best of all, it is easily accessible through major road networks and the Ampang Park light rail LRT Station is right at the hotel’s doorstep, with the city’s Chinatown 15 minutes away.

Facility

14 suites, 178 single rooms and 459 double rooms are located on 30 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 10 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar.     The hotel location is superb we came here with a close family stay here the hotel is conveniently located at the heart of kl 5 minutes walk to public transport train station lrt mrt a few minutes walk to the suria Klcc shopping mall everything is good just that check in process is terrible we arrived here around 4;30pm was told the rooms were not ready yet I understood they trying to put our rooms close together but we were told to wait for another room to be available and assigned for a room while we waiting for another room and guess what another room wasn’t ready until almost 2 hours later one of the worst check in process we every had other than that the rooms were comfy and big

    Location is very near KLCC Twin tower. Getting to the hotel is a little jam but only a short one even during peak period. The food is great, breakfast and lunch is fantastic, the room is very comfortable, stayed here as member of INDULGE and it's very worth joining. The staff are all smiling, so much so I'm thinking they must be getting extra bonus past 2 days. Except the check out staff, she is just talking like a robot and a little unfriendly. The room is clean and quiet, view is great.I've left 2 complimentary note at the restaurant for your great staff serving us, thanks for the great stay provided.
