  Don’t stay here - very unwelcoming

  Rooms were clean, bed comfy. BUT we booked as there was a restaurant - it was closed. We were asked if we had booked breakfast in the morning - we had . But there was none. The young girl receptionist did not care at all that we were missing the breakfast, having paid. She turned the lights off on us!!!!

  Good location, 25 minute walk into town or a 4 bus on the main road every twenty minutes for 1.30 euros. The room we had No 35 was very hot with poor A/C. We had to keep the curtains drawn because of the sun making it dark, when we returned a few days later we were on the ground floor and the A/C was better. Arrived after an early start from Exeter to Bergarac which was a 3 hour drive to La Rocnelle hungry and tired. We were refused dinner as we had not booked it even though the dining room was quiet, and other guests were eating.Had to get back in the car and ended up in a Burger King as we were so hungry.Breakfast adequate.   I choose this hotel only for his location near "Clinique de l'atlantique" otherwise the location for tourist purpose is ugly. Good place to arrive late and leavve early in the morning.   This is a motel not hotel

  Their pictures are deceiving. The room wasn’t very clean, with strong artificial perfume. Bathroom was shabby. Not welcoming and not comfortable. We don’t recommend anyone who’s looking for a descent 3 star hotel. This one is a budged motel with one star.

  A very good hotel !
