    Rebranding to Kingston 3 Hotel

    rating22 Dec 2025

Book this hotel just because of most reviews from google praised for the staffs friendliness. Such welcomed feeling didnt meet our expectation. Only the man (should be the cleaning staff) that has a smile on his face. For woman staffs, especially those on duty at night at front desk, keep offering bare face for the two consecutive nights. You are working at a hospitality area as a front desk team, you should offer more smile or greet every persons that enter your area. Though you are not a 4-5* stars hotel, but you still can offer a sincere smile to your guests.Room is exactly as shown in picture and spacious enough to put our belongings. Cleanliness doesnt really meet our expectation but since we are mostly outside of hotel, it is still acceptable. Before sleep, just make sure to clean the bed-frame and table around. Lucky us, the bed-sheets are cleaned enough.Room is also not bright enough (we already know from some review), so its still acceptable since we've known and decide to book.Staying for 2 nights and planning to extend because we'll need to go to Genting Highlands, But they refused to keep our luggage for 1 night. To be honest, you dont know how to do business. It's not about the safety reasons as you quote, it's more about your selfishness. I even mail most of other hotels around Pudu and Bukit Bintang, even that 4* and 5* didn't reject our request whereas we didn't stay at their places. But luckily by your rejection of our extension, we finally found other hotel that is better and suit us more.Thank You for your rejection.Coming back? No.Found other hotel within the same rate that offering more hospitality with spaciuous and brighter room.

    Do not stay

    rating28 Sept 2024

Do not stay in this hotel. Room is very dated. The room has mould and water stains on the wall and stains all over the carpets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Walls are thin and can hear everything from the hall and other rooms. 1st night we were woken up by people above us screaming at 3am and the second night could hear people banging doors in the middle of the night. Bathroom is disgusting and water was brown from the toilet, shower and tap. Location is not great and the hotel is on a dodgy alleyway and makes you feel unsafe whilst walking out the hotel day and night. Although it’s a cheap hotel I do not recommend this hotel and believe you can find much nicer hotels for similar price point.

Walked in walked straight back out

    rating21 Jul 2022

From arrival the outside paint was peeling from the side of the building the sounding well was like a war zone.We were taken to our rooms well as soon as we opened the door you could smell the damp mould was coming up the walls wall paper was peeling off the wall.. the only redeeming factor was the receptionist was very helpful and apologetic. Our rooms were definitely not superior.. nothing like the photos Jamie Lim, Guest Services / Front Office at Maison Boutique Theme Hotel Kuala Lumpur by Swing & Pillows, responded to this review Dear Sir/Madam, Warmest greetings from Hotel Maison Boutique! It was very disturbing to learn that your stay was unpleasant. Fun Experience in Themed Room

    rating17 Sept 2021

We stayed in Marilyn Monroe theme suite for a night. The room comes with open concept bathroom (with sexy bathtub) & equipped with safety box too. The hotel is strategically located within city centre, 10 mins walking distance to Berjaya Times Square; with designated car park for hotel guest beside the alley. Breakfast is ok with variety of selection & menu to choose from. Unfortunately, the male concierge staff onduty that day seems not really friendly (first impression gone), staffs who are working in hotel restaurant are attentive & friendly though. The hotel seems a little under maintenance for the room we're staying in; torn wallpaper, loose sanitary fitting, loose window handle & poor quality bedsheets. Not to mentioned poor wall partition, we can literally listen to conversation next to our room; hotel guests banging door & walking along the corridor at midnight. Overall it was a fun experience for us, with its location, breakfast portion & equipped bathtub in the themed room, really great values of money!!
