    i book early but when i come to hotel they say they give already to other people..an they give other hotel to me but very poor and dirty hotel.. smell like smoking area..i ask for refund bit they say...

    Booked a double room via Agoda, While checking in, was told that double rooms were overbooked and not available. They would move us to a triple room but we have to pay an extra fee. They said this...

    坏：房间灰尘很多，酒店浴巾不干净有头发 上网订购但出示付款证明还要拖40分钟查询总公司才能离开（和总公司缺乏沟通） 好：价钱便宜，热水器OK
