Not so bad of an experience

    rating15 Nov 2022

The aircorn was surprisingly super cold & was not as noisy as I thought based on the other reviews I read. Location wise was convenient to many places like Sungei Wang Mall, Lot 10 and Pavilion so food & shopping is not an issue. The only downside is you have to go down to request for basic amenities like toothbrush, towel etc as there is no phone in the room. Nonetheless my whole experience for staying there 4D3N was pleasant! Just prepare some cash for the deposit! (:

Look Nothing Like A Boutique Hotel

    rating11 Oct 2020

Walking distance to KLCC and a few malls and near to train station. Decent room size and room look tired. Typical room with no theme, nothing interesting, not sure why its called a boutique hotel. Unpleasant smell from the mouldy bathroom. Apart from its strategic location, there is nothing great to shout about.

    Just ok, no-frills hotel

    rating09 Nov 2019

Biggest plus is the location which is near so many eating & shopping areas... lot 10, connexion, sungei wang, pavillion, etc. Btw, lot10 has a food court area at the basement. And le apple is just about 100m plus near Bukit Bintang mrt exit, so it’s easy to mive around without bothering about KL traffic. Just 2 stops away from pasar seni station which is where you get off for chinatown & central market. Overheard pedestrain walkway near connexion/pavilion connects to klcc.Room wise is ok, got a single shoe-box size room, reasonably clean, basic bathroom facilities- toilet seat does get wet because no separate shower area. I got room on 6th level, so was quiet as it was facing back of buildings. Ok for me because i was here mainly for work.Only negative point for me was the air conditioning which quite a no. of guests also gave feedback. Not cold and mine was noisy. Hope something can be done because can get stuffy in the night.Hotel staff were great though - friendly, processing checkin & out speedy, provided me with slippers & more toilet paper when i needed. Thumbs up!

    Nice location

The location was great. Walking distance to most malls in Bukit Bintang. Located near to TAPAK, a popular eatery and food truck area at Kuala Lumpur. If possible, ask for higher floor to avoid noise at night.

    Pleasant short stay

Strategically situated just right next to Pavillion. The location is probably one of the best perks; 3-4 minutes walk to Pavillion, MRT Bukit Bintang, multiple food outlets.Check in was fairly smooth. Jai checked us in and Riki checked us out. Both are easy to talk and work fast on my check in-out process.Security at the hotel is good. Guest need to tap the card reader to access the door to the lifts. And after midnight the hotel lock the front door but guest can easily tap the car at the card reader too. A security guard can be seen Manning the door at all times. Our room was situated at the 6th floor corner lot. We got the king size bed. The room and toilet was fairly clean. Water pressure was tremendous. However due to the room having a few windows it got pretty hot in the late afternoon and evening. Took some time for the air-conditioning to cool the room. One of the recent reviewer also did mentioned on the air conditioning. Management might consider the need to service all the aircon units? It can get quite noisy towards midnight. People talking loudly at the roads downstairs, music from the restaurants but bearable. The alley that connects the hotel and Pavillion can be quite interesting at night as a few tranny will be loitering there soliciting for business. But they mean no harm and didn't even bother me at all
