  ⛔ Don't stay here!!!

  I usually don’t give 1-star ratings unless something really goes wrong. Unfortunately, in this case, I feel it’s justified. Here’s my experience:For context, I stayed here for 7 nights.⛔ I booked a twin deluxe room with a window view online, right in front of the front desk. I even showed my Agoda confirmation to the staff, and he assured me everything was confirmed and assigned me a room. So far, so good.But later that evening, as I was leaving the hotel, a front desk staff member stopped me outside on the road and asked for a deposit. It felt very strange, why bring this up now? When I questioned it, he told me my booking hadn’t actually been confirmed. That was shocking, especially since I had already paid. My booking only got properly confirmed around midnight. Honestly, it felt like I was staying there unofficially for that night despite having done everything correctly on my end.⛔ During my stay, I was given torn towels on 3 different days. Each time I raised it, they apologized but the same issue kept happening.⛔ The cleanliness was also a serious concern. There were cockroaches in the room, and it didn’t seem like the management was addressing it. At night, you could even feel them crawling while trying to sleep.⛔ Another issue was housekeeping. The person assigned was an elderly woman, likely over 60. While I respect her effort, she didn’t seem physically capable of handling the workload, and it affected the service quality.Overall, I believe there are many affordable hotels out there that offer a much better experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here but of course, choice is yours.

  I stayed a week at Leo express and i was very happy there.The room was big, the bathroom even bigger, both had big windows !The aircon worked very well, fridge as well and you can save nature by using the water refill outside your room.Bed was big and comfortable and houskeeping did a wonderful job changing towels and linens and keeping the room clean.Also wifi was strong and working.Walking distance to Pudu station or even Bukit Bintang if you enjoying walking like me.Many restaurants the neighborhood.The best thing about this hotel is absolutely the reception staff who was very professional and helpful, assisting me with all kinds of things.Special thanks to the wonderful Max at the reception, who did all his best everyday to make my stay memorable.Thank you all staff at Leo Express for a good holiday !

  Careful when you're trying to make booking here, the customer service is terrible and you can't change the date through the hotel. If not ammended or refundable, you're done. It's gone. You can't negotiate with the receptionist and they won't allow you to change the date. Will raise their voice when you voice out for your rights. Thanks to the rude receptionist lady. Funny part Manager is always unavailable, he can't do anything the lady said. Then why is there a management?

  Big room and very comfortable

  The receptionist was excellent. Very fast in handling my check-in. The room is spacious. Car Park, however, a bit scary at the back of the hotel. I think it is OK during holiday, not on weekdays. Just a walking distance from hotel is a line of shop lots for you to purchase food and drinks. Maybe, just order online for your food. much easier.

  Nice and Clean Room, Near Highway in city, Rate is not high for room rent, chinatown is close of this hotel, due to highway connectivity you get texi,cab faster then any other area., they have own store also on ground floor of the hotel
