    Girly trip in Paris for my 30th, I couldn’t have chosen a perfect hotel. The staff are so welcoming especially “fafi” apologies if I have spelt your name correctly. He was such a joy, and a gem to the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and great job by the housekeeping team! The view of moulin rouge add the cherry on top. Thank you so much posey team you were great. We can’t wait to come back ❤️🇫🇷

    Pretty hotel in nice location but noisy and dirty balcony

    Disappointed as we booked a suite at this hotel specifically to enjoy the balcony but it was filthy with wet cushions and dead plants. We were also expecting the view to be of the Paris streets but was the back of the hotel.Although the balcony was dirty, the rest of the room was very clean and had a bath which is great with children. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the independent cafes and shops around the hotel and easy walk to Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge right there.My children liked Five Guys, Star bucks and Monoprix supermarkets nearby! The room was also very noisy. It was next to the lift and a cleaning cupboard. The lift is noisy every time someone needs it and cleaning staff should have more respect for sleeping guests when making so much noise. Overall I liked it but think better is available especially at the price we paid - would not return

    Hotel switched me to sister hotel Posy. Guaranteed beds were not provided. Checkout first night and had to find other accommodations. Hotel refused refund for remaining nights. Top that off that the Hotel was horrible- elevator didn’t work, noisy, crappy bed, dirty. After three weeks of escalating with Expedia and hotel Expedia stepped in and gave refund. Hotel staff and management absolutely intolerable. DO NOT stay here.     We arrived after requesting a high floor to keep the noise levels to a minimum. We were given floor 5, which I assume was the attic floor given the wall shape, but as we were facing the front of the hotel, the noise at night was awful and lasted all night. The next morning we requested a room change and we were given one no problem, which faced into the middle of the hotel. This room was perfect, no noise at all. Bed and bedding was really comfortable. Room decor has recently been refurbished and is of a high standard. Room was clean with hot running water with rain shower. All the staff we encountered were awesome. Very friendly and attentive. The free tea/coffee machine was a nice touch. One minute walk to Moulin Rouge, Blanche metro station just outside and walking distance to Montmartre area.We very much enjoyed our stay here.     The location of this hotel is probably the only good thing. We stayed for 3 nights and we came back to our bedroom ‘cleaned’ only to find out they had just turned the bedsheets the opposite way to hide a drink mark from the day before. Our room had many little red ants and you need to leave your hotel keycard at reception everytime you leave to go out and collect it when you come back. Your charged €8/16 euros per person for city tax which we was not told before hand. Slow lifts , low water pressure, no fridge , flat screen tv that is not a smart tv and staff argued that hotel was a 4 star hotel when asked about city tax but the hotel is 3 star.
