    Strategic location for shopping trip

    The hotel takes MYR 100 deposit upon check-in. The room condition and cleanliness are spot on. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It is located right in the middle of the shopping area near Jalan TAR and Jalan Masjid India. Superlatively convenient for a shopping trip!

    The rooms are okay. Not too smelly. Mostly clean at first glance. One wall had some stains but you really had to look closely to see them on the wall paper. No ironing board. No room service. Silverware not allowed on the rooms from the cafe. Housekeeping does come regularly to clean. The beds are comfortable and the AC is good. Good TV. Plenty of sockets in room but only 2 international sockets; near the bed. Sleeping maybe difficult at times because the hallways are not carpet. And other guides are completely inconsiderate; will spend hours shouting and carrying on in the hallway; on speaker calls; playing music; and even playing basketball balls.Other reviews warned of roaches. Yes, I saw 2 roaches during my stay. And there was maybe one mosquito.The gym is compact and excellent. Full of fresh towels, gym lockers, gym shower and bathroom. 2 treadmills. 2 benches. A medicine ball and plenty of dumbbells. TV as well. Getting in is not too much hassle. You have to get the gym key card from reception every time you want to use it and return it immediately after.The cafe is not the absolute worst but it's pretty lame. The continental breakfast is always undercooked and lukewarm, at best. I've often received 'fresh' dishes that were clearly made on an uncleaned grill. Dirty utensils often. AC blowing hard on already cold food. If you need the microwave, you have to ask staff to use it. I would say don't bother eating here for breakfast but I don't seen many better alternatives within walking distance. Café also had those little tiny grey flies on occasion.Most of staff, meaning security, bellhops, doorman and housekeeper, if not extremely courteous, are at least receptive and professional. Café staff are sometimey/standoffish/odd. The absolute worst staff member is the main/day manager. Everytime I talk or approach any staff, I do it with respect and a smile; and, that courtesy is returned. With this manager, I was always met with a twisted up face or he's trying to hide his face. He really acts like I'm in there destroying furniture or whatever. I asked about the microwave one day because I didn't see any staff in the cafe first time, and he completely snapped on me, as if I'm begging for something. Or as if I'm some grounded teenage. Me and this guy are the same age, I'm sure. He has a really nasty attitude. Things like this put me in a bad situation because I don't put up with this behavior normally but I am a guest in the country and don't want to represent my race or nationality poorly. So, I have to let it slide.I already paid my reservation in advance, for over 10 nights, I was polite and never asked for something unreasonable. I didn't call reception and housekeeper even more than twice during my whole stay. Also dressed appropriately; and, I arrived my first day very well groomed. So, I have no idea what this guy's problem was. He's either biased against non-White, non-Malayasian guests--typical--or he's just an ornery character that needs to get out of the hospitality business.I would say skip it but I haven't been to making full hotels in KL, so I don't know if there's better places at this price and star level.

    To begin with there is no parking in frint of the entrance. So if you’re coming in a van you have to carry your luggage from a long distance from the hotel as the van cannot park in front of hotelThe bellboy was rude refusing to carry our luggage ( saying its heavy) !! (we wonder why he signed up for that job even!!!!)Now the lobby smells like curry .very unpleasant smellThe receptionist mrs maya i guess was very rude to customers no professionalism at all . ( note that i read other reviews saying so) .Now the Room was spacious and clean. However the AC was not good .Coming to breakfast its a total waste of money! Only malay food were available and only 4 options i guess .. no intercontinental breaKfast. Plus point for the location and cleanliness only

    1)Bed set not comfortable due to squeek sound from the bed itself.2) No pray mate inside room even this hotel inside muslim shop that selling muslim wear such as baju melayu, and so on.3)iron and its board sharing with others guest😂4)Receiptionist please more welcome guest.Do not make a moody face when deal with client

    Good property but there are some areas of improvement

    Relatively new property, in a very central location. Room was clean and had all basics. Lots of Indian eateries and shopping malls at very walkable distance. about 2 Kms from the twin towers. do check their own website for rate and availability, before booking. Some areas of improvement: a) Only one pillow was provided per person. two pillows per single bed is the norm in hotels. b) the toiletries were very ordinary and can be improved a notch c) using the lift requires a key card and the hotel staff did not have enough key cards, which meant one key card for three people (which became quite inconvenient) d) the staff were not helpful in booking a cab to airport and did not have a clear idea of Grab's availability or local cabs e) staff could overall be a little polite (found some of them a bit loud and not-caring).
