    Good location, very close to Twin Towers; Nice and comfortable room; Very nice services; The swimming pool and the pool bar and restaurant is a very nice place to relax, where we got a very wonderful service.

    Spent 5 nights at the Mandarin Oriental in a club room. Service at the hotel is universally excellent. The club lounge was a joy throughout the day. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotels restaurants and breakfast in the club lounge. Would especially like to thank Azri from the club lounge for looking after us so well. Cant wait to return.     As a frequent visitor of Mandarin Oriental properties, I was so excited to be able to try the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is in a superb location right in the centre. The food is fantastic within this hotel and the rooms also were spacious and comfortable. The pool area overlooking the park is a nice spot to relax and again food options are plentiful. There is a very spacious gym also and the hotel has a great variety of other amenities. Staff were very helpful however the only drawback was that many members of staff seemed confused and unaware of the benefits included for American Express customers and as part of the Fine hotel & resorts range, this is a big red flag to rectify. Especially as I had to re-iterate what I believed was my benefits hence why I booked. Other than this, an amazing stay and a definite recommendation.     Wonderful hotel

    From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we checked out, everything was flawless.I was travelling solo with 2 little kids, and the hotel really made our stay stress-free.As soon as we walked in, we were whisked up to our room for check-in - bliss after a long flight. We had requested an extra bed and this was set up prior to arrival. We spent a lot of time by the pool and the restaurant/ bar service there is superb - the best service I've had in Malaysia. The guys there are super attentive and you never have to wait to catch their eye. They were also incredibly kind to my kids. One small bit of feedback is that I'd like to see more Asian options on the food menu (only 2 currently).Our room was spacious and comfortable. Many reviews mention things beings a bit 'old', but I could see no evidence of that in our room. Maybe it's just that I'm old too! We had room service a couple of times which was efficiently delivered and tasty.My 5 yr old failed to get out of the lift on our floor in time and therefore was temporarily lost. I alerted security and somehow they managed to return him to me in under 5 minutes. Amazing! The doormen were super friendly and were always making time for my kids.I'm very glad I chose this hotel for our stay in KL - it was special. Thanks M.O.!
