    The staff at the hotel were friendly for the most part, but we encountered several issues during our stay. We booked a breakfast-included package, but no meal was provided on one of the days because the restaurant is closed on Mondays, and we weren’t informed about this until Monday morning. The hotel does not have alternative arrangements for breakfast, so finding a place to eat can be difficult if you are unfamiliar with the area.Additionally, there was an ant infestation in our room, and the customer service was disappointing. The phones didn’t work, and one member of the staff was very disrespectful. Aside from these problems, everything else was relatively okay.

    The hotel meets expectation. Room size is just right for twin beds. For quick business trip, I recommend this hotel. I like how they arrange the room layout. Twin beds and still have enough space for Muslim prayer.However, I have problem with the phone internet coverage. Maybe because we in the middle room. The other thing is the television, not all channel has good reception. If you want to book this hotel, pay a little extra and get the room near windows.

    We checked in quite late after 12am, easy find location and plenty of car parking. It's a small budget hotel but we were satisfied with services. Room's space was big enough for putting our stuff and moving around. If you plan for a short trip, highly recommended, you can't find any cheaper.

    Stayed for 2 nights here, was quite satisfied with room and service provided.Good No frills and budget accommodation with plenty of parking space in front.Wifi speed was good too. And the aircon can be freezing :D

    Been stay in to this hotel several times since year 2014 whenever we travel to Seri Kembangan. First few stay is quite good but recently stay is very unpleasant. The hotel room need an upgrading and touch up works to do as all the things seem to be worn out. Overall its still a good hotel to stay compare to the nearby hotel at the same location.
