  Worst hotel in KL for the price ,2 stars at most

  The most relaxing hotel,with the quran recited all the time,we come here for relax after a busy working week.Highly recommend this property. The staffs at from the check in process, Songket Rest are really professional and welcoming. Big thanks to En Najib and team, Puan Atiqah and team. Breakfast really superb.   Room was comfortable and in good condition considering the hotel age.Ala carte dining were delicious, especially loved the salmon donburi & teriyaki donburi. The seabass was also juicy and tasty. The buffet breakfast was good.The indoor swimming pool was ok and it was next to a children playground which my daughter was really excited for.The staff there were always smiling & welcoming, especially the F&B staff. Behind the hotel are the Shah Alam city centre park/playground/square which we walked there from the hotel. The night activities there during the weekend are to be excited for. We really enjoyed our time there.The hotel is Halal certified for those who are wondering. There is a surau for those who wants to join solat 'berjemaah'.All in all, a comfortable hotel with great service.   One of the best hotels in Shah Alam, even better than Concorde Shah Alam in term of cleanliness and customer service. Delicious breakfast and dinner spread. We will definitely keep coming back to this hotel when we visit Shah Alam. Keep it up!!   Please improve elevator system

  I have meeting at this hotel 3d2n. Overall the hotel is ok. The room, the food and other facilities is good. The only problem and unpleasant in this hotel is elevator. The elevator was too slow. During peak hour, the guest need to wait until 30 minutes for their turn. Please hotel management, improve your elevator system.
