    We booked Summer Suites by GRIHOZ through Booking.comWe have been here for almost a week and plan on staying for a month. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and our balcony has a very nice viewWe had some difficulties figuring out the shower but were able to sort it out by video, which was interesting and sort of fun. We are finding a lot to do in the area as we get out and explore Roni and Akash have both been very helpful

    Comfortable Stay Near KLCC at a Reasonable Price

    Contrary to many negative reviews, we were overall quite satisfied with our five-day stay at Mercu Summer Suites. For the price, the location is excellent: it is about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. In the opposite direction, also within a 10-minute walk, are Quill City Mall and NSK Grocer, which were very convenient for grocery shopping.We stayed in a studio room that was well equipped with almost everything we needed, including a large refrigerator, microwave, washer, kitchen facilities, and a TV that worked well with YouTube. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Housekeeping was available between 9 and 11 a.m., and communication for any requests was handled efficiently via WhatsApp. A MYR 200 deposit was collected at check-in and promptly returned at checkout.On the downside, the bathroom exhaust fan was quite noisy, and our room did not have a view of the Petronas Towers. Only two towels and two bottles of water were provided. However, these were rather minor issues for us. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would be happy to return in the future with other family members.

    I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my experience with this hotel. Due to a flight delay beyond my control, I proactively contacted the hotel to inform them we would arrive just 5 minutes past midnight.Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive, coldly stating that no check-ins would be accepted after 12:00. Despite having a reservation and communicating our situation in advance, we were simply turned away and left stranded on the street in the middle of the night.This is completely unacceptable. Flight delays happen, it's part of travel. A mere 5-minute delay should never result in guests being denied their booked room, especially when they've had the courtesy to inform the hotel beforehand. The total lack of empathy and rigid, unhelpful attitude of the staff made an already stressful situation far worse.I strongly urge other travelers to avoid this hotel. If something goes wrong with your travel plans, don't expect any support or basic human decency here. Absolutely shameful practices that should serve as a warning to anyone considering booking. Would give zero stars if possible!

    SP Home at Mercu Summer Suites

    We booked the SP Home at Mercu Summer Suites quite early like a month ago via booking.com. When we reached to the hotel, we contacted the agent who takes care of the apartment, he turned us away by saying that there is no booking. He was really rude, abusive and quite racist. He even said that he doesn't want certain nationalities to stay in his place. He even went on, and contacted us via WhatsApp and send us abusive texts. This place is a TOTAL SCAM and run by an unprofessional, rude person. DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE.

    WANT A GOOD AIRBNB WITH RESONABLE PRICE,WELL THIS IS THE PLACEThere were 2 a/c per room(which u only need one bc it's a super powerful daikin),a smart tv,2 beds,a covieneince store,a pool at the 11th floor and a personal employee for the room services.2 downsides are the faulty keycard and low number of parking spots(which is not a big problem bc there is a monorail station nearby)
