    From the minute I arrived, I was impressed with the warmth and genuine greetings we received together with lobby freshness. Service all round was impressive. Each and every team members I interacted with showed how genuine they were in serving, especially Faizal and Tarmizie. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Shaw Parade. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious! We have already recommended some relatives to consider this hotel for our next trip to KL.     Exceptional Hospitality Stay

    Another 5 nights stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade.As usual the check in and out was smooth with no hiccups.I was also pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade and the small birthday cake. The gesture made my day.As I've emailed beforehand to inform them that I'm a vegetarian, I got an email reply stating my dietary requirements will be looked after.All the staff in the restaurant were superb.And the moment I stepped in the restaurant for my breakfast, I was treated exceptionally well, and felt valued. All of my vegetarian meals were specially made to order and tasted so delicious. Kudos to everyone in the restaurant. Especially to Ms Hani who personally attended to my needs during each breakfast session throughout my stay. She truely knows how to treat a guest and make him feel like a VIPAnd on my 5th day, I saw they had set up a dedicated vegetarian seperate food counter and was informed this would be a permanent feature moving forward.This is indeed brilliant news for vegans/vegetarians looking for delicious meals at breakfast.Kudos to the GM and everyone involved in making it happen.I'll definitely stay here for my upcoming business trip soon..     Great choice when staying in KL

    We stayed 4 nights here during our visit to Kuala Lumpur. It is a 9 minute walk to one of the monorail stations that can be used to cheaply travel the city. There is a rooftop pool and bar, but the prices are quite high. The 3rd floor has a spa with reasonably priced massage services. The rooms were fairly quiet (we heard TV noise once from our neighbors), and the air conditioning worked great. Housekeeping was friendly and provided us anything that we needed. The room has a water purifier so you can refill any water bottles that you may have. Our room included breakfast each morning between 6:30 and 10:30. It had a huge selection of hot and cold items along with an egg station. Many of the items changed daily so we always had something new to sample.     Excellent Stay at a well run Hotel

    We had another wonderful stay at Mercure SP-KL. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were made to feel so welcome. We regularly stay here & on this occasion it was for 2 weeks.Many staff remembered us & it was great that on my birthday we had Towels in the shape of a cake with petals in the room, Pisang goreng made by the chef & well wishes.The hotels well located & everywhere is very clean, and the rooms are serviced thoroughly and to a high standard. The pool area is great for relaxing, although maybe a couple more sunbeds might be useful. There is a nice rooftop bar open from 3pm with great views. Also a coffee shop serving food in the ground floor foyer.The breakfast buffet was excellent — great variety, delicious food, and beautifully presented.What truly stood out is the staff. They were professional, attentive, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. It was great to also meet with the GM who shared a gift with us.Special mentions to Dayang, Irfan, Hani, Samad, Fatia, Rounak, Ferdous & Imran for allways being so helpful.A very comfortable, well-run hotel with outstanding staff — a pleasure to stay here & highly recommended.
