    Convenient and clean

    Enjoyed our stay here. Very nice decor in the room and very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Free parking on site. Convenient to City center and not far from Route 5. The hotel has a restaurant that is good which is convenient for late arriving travelers.     Very Good Hotel

    I rented two rooms, one for me and one for my father. The room(s) was (were) clean and very spacious. Breakfast was very nice. The only issue was that employees went on strike and camped out the entrance of the hotel making really annoying noises and bothering the passengers with their noice and blocking or trying to block the main entrance to the hotel. Every time I went outside for a stroll they were there with their noice and very foul language (I know since I speak Spanish). Front desk was perfect and very cordial and amicable and very apologetic for the disturbance caused by those on strike.     Not so good. Noisy room

    I went for work travel. Stayed in the hotel for 4 days, I could hear my neighboor snorring. Not enough shampoo in the bathroom.     Reasonable Stop for Scouting Surroundings

    We stayed just one night on our way back to Santiago from Chiloe. Check in was slow and there was only one individual behind the desk on a weekend with lots of traffic. The room was fine for a small city hotel. Sheets worn out and of poor quality, you would expect more from the best rated hotel in Chillan. Pillows of poor quality with pillow covers not covering the entire pillow. Fortunately when traveling in Chile, I tend to carry own.Breakfast is amountful and varied. If I needed to stay in Chillan again, I would probably choose it again given that there is little variety. Underground parking and good location.     Best in town

    Check-in was courteous and relatively fast (it’s never super fast in Chile). The building is newish. The rooms large and modern. The price is reasonable. Restaurants close by, or in the hotel. Pool and small gym is a plus. What more can you ask for?
