    Don’t waste your time or money

    This was the most disgusting hotel that I have experienced in my entire life and the customer service and support from both the hotel and their parent company, Accor, has been pathetic. Our state was over one week ago and I have still received no reply to my complaints. The rooms were so disgusting and stain filled that we checked out early due to the lack of cleanliness. The shower was broken. The meals delivered from room service were overcooked. And the staff at the front desk had nothing to say except I’m so sorry. Pitiful.

    Stayed for 2 nights for business trip. Room was great and everything was good. Hotel staffs attended very well and fast to my requests. Smooth check in and check out process. The mattress was one of the best and softest I’ve ever experienced during my hotel stays. The breakfast offers a fantastic taste and delicious. The only thing the bathroom door is very transparent.     The hotel room was comfy and well set up, making my stay super chill. It's cool that there are shops nearby, and Hospital Selayang is just a short walk away, which came in handy. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space available. Plus, the food at the hotel was surprisingly tasty - I didn't expect it to be that good. Overall, between the cozy room, easy location, parking, and yummy food, I had a really great time. Totally recommend it for a laid-back stay.
