    This hotel is less than 1 star. Not at all 3 star. It is an old property, where owner wants to milk all the money , with cutting corners in every aspect. ACs don't work, sad part is staff and management knows. They just give some different explanation every time. They even provide fans for ventilation. Pathetic. For 3 star hotel breakfast is ordinary. My check in took 20 mins coz receptionist wasn't available

    This Hotel Is Below Average Ratings.Room Size Little GoodWashroom Not In Good Condition Even Toilet Pipe Holder Also Broken.After Check In Asked Reception For Dental 🪥 Kit ( Tooth Brush + Tooth Paste ), They Said We Not Provide, It's Horrible Replied. In 2025 If Hotel Reception and Management Not Provide Even Basic Dental Kit its Very Shameless Thing For This Metro Hotel.Pod and Capsule Hostel Also Provide Basic Things For Check In. I Never Seen This In My Life.Breakfast Buffet Bad In Taste, Very Very Very Less Options. All Days Same Menu. South Indian Idli, Sambhar, Upma ( Very Very Very Dry ). Tea ( Water 💦 Total - This Kind Of Kitchen Staff Who Provide Poor Quality Of Breakfast ), Pls Avoid To Book This Hotel. Also Inform Hotel Management To Kindly Focus On Room Quality + Hospitality Staff, Basic Amenities Need to Provide Each Guest. Breakfast Is Extremely Poor Taste Even Any Hawker Is Better Than This, Seriously.I Do Not Recommend This Hotel For Anyone. More Over South Indian People all. *****MUST BE NOT AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE****

    Room smaller than it appears in photo and carpet is quite smelly and dirty (my pen fall and rolled under the bed, I saw a syringe under the bed!). Breakfast only appropriate to asians/ indian clients, no continental breakfast!! I was sick and I couldn't have breakfast, I asked if I could take only 2 small pieces of watermelon to my room, I was categorically refused.!!What a client service!!!But my only appreciation was the porter who was always greeting us with a big smile. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

    It is the worst hotel, from the moment we arrived, the staff were not welcoming at all. The check in was done perfunctory, we had to carry our luggage to our rooms despite there being people to help. When we got to the room, it was dirty, the carpet full of dust. We asked to change but they just said that all rooms are the same, there is no better room, even though we mentioned that my wife is allergic to dust and the carpet clearly was not cleaned. The staff was not helpful and solution oriented. The air conditioning system is very poor, can adjust air direction and was dirty. Food was same everyday, no variety and variation. At times, there was small cockroaches in the room. Room service was poor.On overall, the hotel is not worth its 3 star.

    We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel staff especially one Mr Sam..always helpful and always ready to share information to tourists.Hotel is very well located and everything was very easily accessible.Looking forward to come next year again.
