  Budget hotel for short stays in a strategic location

  What is good> Real value for money with minimal amenities> Basic room but reasonably clean> Pleasant surprise - there is a lift for this 3 storey shop hotel> Public parking in a well lit area> Great location for moving around this location, especially for families attending convocations/events nearby to TARUC or even travelling to other parts of KL using MRRII.> Free wifi is good depends which rooms you getWhat can be better- Parking is on your own and need to locate Parking Meter to pay your fare- Rooms with windows facing the main road can be noisy for light sleepers - better opt for inner rooms as a solution- No kettle in room, only shared cold/hot water dispenser on each floor.

  Stayed one night only for a business trip. Check in was slow and tedious. Wifi does not work. Very tired from work otherwise would have kicked a fuss. Beds and other amenities are standard budget fare. There are no provided breakfast despite included in the booking.

  Not a bad location since I've gotta attend a wedding nearby. Booked 3 rooms with my family and stayed for 2 nights.Check in was real quick which was good since I came around 8pm. Staff was friendly.Other than that, it was horrible. The budget hotel feels more like a budget motel for people to come have fun and leave, thats all. For the price they are charging, I expected something slightly better than this. The room was "square-ishly" small with super small but long toilet. Thank god the heater was working. But the drain area was rusty and totally ewwww! The flush is so noisy! The horrible part is the ventilation along the corridor was so bad since there are people smoking. And at night, people here are so noisy and i just cant sleep. Decided to move out somewhere for the remaining 2 nights. For what you have to pay for this, I'd rather/suggest u go somewhere else!

  My Home Hotel,going to run itself into the ground,with such inefficient administrative and maintenance staffs.

  When at the start of operation,My Hotel,was indeed my hotel of choice,everything was so nice and well taken care of,but lately,I had the misfortune to stay there for 2 nights,it was awful,to say the least. The first night,the toilet flush was not working and also I was handed the wrong tv remote control,the second night,the water heater was not working,has to shift room after having a tough day working outside.. If the Manager and staffs,prefers to keep on sleeping on their jobs,I can only sympathise with the Owner,because in the end,it is the profit or loss sheet that counts...

  Breakfast without sufficient hot drinks

  I have been to this jotels abt 4 times,and each and everytime,I find that the breakfast provided are sufficient,but ALWAYS,there is not enough hot drinks around,got only one percolator,even if I do go down early,there is no hot drinks and the staffs are very complacent abt it.. Hope the MANAGER of person in charge can stimulate the staffs to make sure there is always enough hot drinks there,its hard to eat DRY breakfast..whichmby the way is already included in the hotel's room charges....Rather disappointing that the manager seems to be unaware of this,as the hotel is not so big that they need an F&B Manager!!!!
