  MY experience in this hotel Aloft

  Aloft hotel,KL Sentral , only a 4star hotel , but is as good as a 5 star hotel.I see the room, bed and shower room all clean and nice. Breakfast was really good with many choices, The staffs were very helpful and kind.We stayed 17th Feb to 21st Feb, than went out , than came back for another 4 days to stay here and than went away than came back to stay another 5 days $th March to the 9th March 2023.The Manager Michael, Assistant Manager Carlos andcultural Manager Patrich , were all nice. Carlos was vey good he upgraded us to top floor and fill up our fridge with lots of drinks and snacks. I would advice people to go there spend a decent price for the rooms and breakfast and enjoy your stay. It was really good Gaga,Karthik, and the front house staffs all equally helpful.. There is a Gym room and Swimming pool on the top floor very convienient and Clean. Thanks

  The Hotes acess to KL Sentral and Monorail Station is Great.Wifi also good. Nearby many local food then Halal Also.They provide mineral water in room. Staff are nice. Bases on budget you spend the same will you got.

  It's quite a decent budget hotel compared to most ones to stay in for a short stay, although located in a slightly unknown part of Brickfields (in this case, it is best to come here if you are with a group of friends rather than a lone traveller). Room was alright, with its cleanliness maintained and lighting was okay. However, bathroom lacked basic amenities such as toothbrush & toothpaste, so this should be looked into. Staff was polite and helpful.Overall,I don't mind coming back should the event call for it.

  The room is okay. There's warm water for shower. Very good WiFi Internet connection. The staff are nice. But there are things that need to be improved. The room is not thoroughly clean. Still dusty under and behind my bed. The bathroom is missing a shower curtain and foot rag or foot towel.

  Pros: Excellent location ❨behind YMCA, 5 minutes on foot to KL Sentral and Monorail Station❩Plenty of Mamaks, Kopitiam and convenience stores around.NUSentral the mall across the road. Polite staff ❨at least the reception guy said good morning, compared to some other hotels that they pretend they didnt see you❩Cons: Dirty room ❨Skid mark on bedsheets, hair all over the floor, cockcroaches everywhere❩ but at least the bathroom is clean. Dirty aircon and kettle. Hookers roaming around at night.You need to collect your breakfast vouchers every single morning from the reception ❨that kinda annoys me, they could have given them all to me at once❩ and the weird thing is you need to go to their sister hotel across the street and to the canteen on top floor ❨need to walk up some stairs too❩ to eat your breakfast. That would pose some challenge for family with kids or wheelchair bound customers. Breakfast is OK, mostly Malaysian style: Nasi Lemak, Char Kuey Teow, Nasi Goreng and so on. NO REFILL.N.B. All non Malaysians MUST PAY a tourism tax of RM10/room/night. Bear in mind they will charge you this tax and key deposit upon check-in.
