    The most rude staff

    Have check in Saturday morning at 6 am paid 2 nights ,I did ask the permission to extend my stay upon check out by 2 hours ,he agreed ,I paid full.Sunday at 12 noon ,,they wake up me to tell ,is check out time..they been unreasonable ,,all law educated staff ,nothing to do with courtesy or attitude ..I do not encourage any one to stay there ....

    We just had stayed here for 1 night, they give the uncleaned room we found some hair in the bed, lipstick on the pillow and blood inside the toilet. it seems that the room was not clean...we requested to change the room but they doesn't manage to do it.we waited for almost 12-20 mins. to clean up the room while standing behind the corner of the said room.-the flat screen TV has not working too.I had Very terrible experience in this hotel,when I went out I called up the reception to transfer my call on my room, then the reception doesn't what his going to tell me. hayyyssss Naka G, Manager at Naka Hotel, responded to this review Thank you very much for your candid review of your recent stay at our hotel.     Bad in Service as well as dirty hotel

    I just had a night stayed in this hotel during my year end trip to KL, the service of the receptionist is quite bad, which i call for booking, she seems not taking note of the booking, and luckily i called again before i arrive the hotel to "re-booking" again. when i check in the room, the hotel reno looks new, but seems lack of cleaning, i can easily spot the spider web, and at the bed, the sheet is dirty as well as broken, and also some hairs found on the bed... the paint at the room wall seems dirty and crack...and the last thing i feel the service is bad that, during the phone call for asking the room rate and booking, i did ask about whether the breakfast is included for the booking as i saw online that the breakfast is included, and the receptionist did told me it is included, but after i check in, and when i asked the receptionist, she told me the other way saying the breakfast is only for online booking...really bad as it seems like cheating Naka G, General Manager at Naka Hotel, responded to this review Dear bLacKJackPenang,it so regret to seeing our hotel had spoil your enjoyment mood in your year end trip.Basically the hotel management is very concern about the cleanliness of the room, we seldom receive compliant about the room cleanliness from the guest, anywhere i will request the house keeping manager to monitor hardly on the above issue.Our management having the plan to re-painting and revamp the hotel interior, but this need to schedule proper in order not bring any collision with the year end festival.For breakfast issue, i think it might be miss communication, actually our hotel only provide breakfast for booking from ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY e.g.: Agoda, booking.com, AsiaRoom and etc... those who booking from our booking engine and walk in is not entitle for the breakfast. Anywhere thank you for taking time to share your review, it will always keep us improve to provide better service and quality in our hotel, we will surely put serious concern about your comment.     Dirty hotel with unfriendly online booking system

    I stayed at Naka 1 yr ago when it was cleaner and newer than my recent stay 1 week ago. It has since become very dirty- dirty walls inside rooms and in corridors. Sheets are old and dirty. It seems that management or the owners do no care about the hotel.When you book online via their website you will soon get a full on reply saying that in order to keep the booking you have to transfer money to a bank account in Hong kong. What a joke! As if Im going to spend $25 in fees transferring to a bank in HK and the scan the receipt and email them. No way... I nearly gave up and stayed in anther hotel but new that it was low season and just turned up. The boss of this hotel clearly has no idea and needs to get a credit card system in place. No one will bother transferring money to a HK bank account!Some of the room smell of cigarette smoke which is not nice. I think that if the owner spent some money on this hotel it would be better. Re paint all walls in common areas and rooms. Buy new sheets for all the rooms and employ a good cleaner. If not this hotel will only get worse... Web Booking payment service.in fect we have apply the payment gateway since 6 month ago, but still not get the feedback from our national bank. For request the payment transfer it is because hotel receives a lot of junk booking, we need to secure the room for our committed guest, that’s why no choice we have to send the payment request, of-course if we found you are our regular and sincere customer we can confirm the booking for you. 2. Hotel room cleanliness.We do provide room cleaning and housekeeping every day or upon guest request. Due to some privacy concern from the guest, that’s why our housekeeping wont access to the guest room without getting the permission or request from the guest. I will try to brief our frontdesk for the same miscommunication issues. 3. Others facilities exterior issue we have report and hotel are undergoing an upgrade. Anywhere thank you for taking time to share your review, it will always keep us improve to provide better service and quality in our hotel, we will surely put serious concern about your comment.
