    Rooms are very spacious and good location, staffs are very friendly and also clean. The gym is well equipped. Will recommend to anyone looking for a good stay in KL. There is also a nearby family mart and burger king restaurant and lots of good KTV lounges. Everything is perfect and it is also very easy to get abgrab around the city.

    We stayed at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur from 1 June to 3 June 2026 and had a truly wonderful experience.What stood out most was the personalised customer service from the team. Before our arrival, our enquiries and requests were responded to promptly and professionally. We arrived at approximately 3:00 PM on 1 June, and every interaction from check-in onwards felt warm, helpful, and sincere.Most of our corporate stays in Kuala Lumpur are usually with Hilton Kuala Lumpur. However, after this stay, I honestly find myself preferring Oasia Suites because of the level of personalised service provided by your team. While rooms and facilities are important, it is the people and service culture that guests remember most, and your team delivered that beautifully.We had requested a room with a nice view, and although we understood that this was subject to availability, the team made an effort to assist where possible. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It gave us exactly the kind of relaxing stay we were hoping for during our time in KL.One thing that particularly impressed us was that the front desk team remembered that we were celebrating our anniversary and took the time to wish us a Happy Anniversary during our stay. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made us feel genuinely welcomed and showed a level of attentiveness that is becoming increasingly rare in hospitality today.Another incident that really demonstrated the quality of your team's service was when I accidentally left my HDMI adapter behind after checking out. Your team responded very quickly and immediately offered assistance, which we truly appreciated. Small moments like this make a big difference and show that the service does not simply end at check-out.Overall, our stay was excellent. Please extend our appreciation to the team members who were on duty during our stay from 1 to 3 June 2026, especially around our check-in at approximately 3:00 PM on 1 June, as well as the team who assisted with the forgotten HDMI adapter.Thank you again to the Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur team for the warm hospitality.     Excellent Family Stay

    We had a great family holiday at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of popular tourist attractions like Petronas Towers, Bukit Bingtang, Jalan Alor etc, but as the hotel is in a side road, it is peaceful and quiet when you return from the bustle of the city. There is also a 7/11 in the building next door which is useful.We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and comfortable with useful amenities such as a washing machine. It can be hard to find such spacious family rooms for a reasonable price when travelling with 3 kids.Pool area was lovely and well maintained, with excellent city views both day and night.The breakfast was lovely. Various mostly Asian items on the hot buffet (which changed each day), a range of fruit/continental options also available and fresh eggs/omlettes cooked on request. The hotel restaurant also serves some delicious food for lunch and dinner.Finally, all hotel staff that we had interactions with were friendly and professional. Particularly Linda on reception who was very kind and helpful.If we return to KL we would definitely stay here again. The only improvement I would suggest is that the public corridors on the upper floors look a little tired and will need some refurbishment soon.
